Crazy story, glad you are on the other side of the C. I find a lot of people fall into full time reselling, i mainly sell video games and associated stuff but it all stemmed from me getting into repairs. Still do it part time and it does feel more like collecting than reselling at times haha. Nice video though man enjoyed the pace felt like just having a chat =]
Another clothing reseller. I applaud you guys who do it. Trying another shop is great, in this business you just try new ideas every week. Some work, some don't, but you always learn along the way. Look at what competitors are doing. Most of the sauce is in the sourcing. Focus on the most expensive items you can find. For me, if it's under $100 I'm probably not interested. For clothing technsports on youtube is a good resource if you don't watch already. Lots of people do well on hats, graphic tees, shoes, athletic gear, and work attire. If you can find enough expensive things at a good price, selling is the easy part. Thanks for sharing
Yeah for sure, unfortunately sourcing opportunities aren't in huge abundance for me. Uber jealous watching the thrifting in the US, but like you say, you can only try. Clothes I can get and I haven't touched women's clothes, so I'll give it a go and hopefully it works out. Thanks for the comment too.
Ayyy even if he is can’t blame him this day an age workin in the uk is shite for the pay anyway besides that he can choose what he wants todo and sell plus his own hours an he doesn’t look like he just sitting around claiming of the system so fair play to him

Charity shops were once a great idea, but as more and more people came to understand the extra tax breaks as a business owner made it a viable profit maker, Marie Curie being a perfect example where about 17p in the £ actually ends up with a charity. Just like Food Banks, these good causes start off to help the needy and end up being abused. You need no I.D or proof of benefits to use a food bank ( DPA 2018 forbids them asking you ) and you can walk off 3-4 visits with enough food to feed a family of 8 for a week. Free food and a general public with no shame. No wonder food banks are so busy.
I totally get what you mean, as a business model, you can't get any better than a charity shop, free stock, delivered free everyday, small overheads, low staff bill. But previously to me reselling I'd chuck a couple quid in a bucket every month for charity, whereas now I'm spending 100s of pounds a month, so I'd like to think I'm making a bigger contribution, considering like you say, how the money is divided up. And these charities do a lot to help they're given cause. We can only do our best in the society provided I suppose.
The room is really dull all the time, even on a bright sunny day, it will still be dull. I've got a mic for the camera but I'm just experimenting between the wireless mic and the one on the camera plus it always sound different on the laptop editing compared to the TV. Thanks for the feedback though.
