Your salmon box reminded me very much of Itsu, a Japanese chain casual diner and to go, only they are a bit cheaper, if any of your viewers like that sort of healthy box lunch, and are in London, I'd recommend them for sushi, teriyaki and mochi desserts. My grandfather thought Harrods was vulgar lol, he was from an upper middle class family and on business travel would only visit Fortnums, their food department, and he'd bring back their teas and biscuits etc, and we'd get Fortnums hampers at Xmas. Too packed for me in there, but it looked delicious, well laid out but quite touristy, and heavy food. Really enjoying your content, as a foodie!
It looks a bit like a Booths supermarket, only Booths is less expensive and LA. They have Booths all over the North West UK, much nicer than Waitrose, locally sourced products, food in little rustic baskets, and very clean, stylish stores. Nothing like it really in London, sadly. Those Erehwon prices are insane for tasteless weird LA food, thats like a mix of cardboard flavours.
I order most of my food online with Ocado, and do a top up shop in Waitrose, but I dont like going in an actual shop, staff occasionally poke fun at you or knock you, or start stacking shelves when you are trying to get something, playing 'snakes and ladders' as you were in Sainsburys with people, constantly having to move and wriggle, or hovering round because someone is fixated endlessly choosing chicken, long queues, items out of stock, creepy men, weird security guards, and the packing up at the end of food... Anything that reduces the human interaction element is for me a blessing, and the Amazon food looks appetising. There arent many stores though, mine is miles out, maybe they will open more stores, although I dont like the idea of the security guy at the door, Id prefer it to be totally robotised.
Modern convenience stores are horrible, they’re busy, chaotic and understaffed. My local Sainsburys is just unpleasant, security guard scowls at you when you walk in, they only have self checkouts which work 50% of the time, If you buy booze you stand there for 3 minutes waiting for a staff member to approve and they seem pissed off having to do it. I'd definitely use Amazon if they had one near me.
To charge almost £10 for 2 croquetas is a rip-off. In a way, this is a massive insult to Spain. To make everyday food, which is usually top quality, at overpriced costs is a bad look. Michelin or not, you have Michelin in Spain and you won't see 2 croquetas for £10 or any locals turning up either.
I'm from Australia and that so-called restraunt wouldn't have lasted five years. The spaghetti looked revolting, the fish and chips in the microwave? No way, and she asked you to leave? No way I would have paid for unhygienic food and premises. No way.

May was a real Hoot and we LOVED her and how she had everything, and MORE LOL, except the tent! My wife and I visited London in Feb. of 1991 and had a smashing good time!! We met a lovely couple from a village near London while cruising in 2016 or 2017 and we all had a great time together. I HOPE to see more entertaining video's like this from you so we're waiting! The bright orange yolks are because of a healthy chicken diet, if they're fed corn instead of mill and if they have access to the outside so they're eating grass and slugs .etc. so someone definitely was having you on about the paprika haha

If the restaurant waiters/waitress/staffs are unusually super nice to you, walk out!! It is indication that the food is bad and they have to have good service to compensate for that & pull people in. Because in a good restaurant, the waiters & chefs don't give a sh1t what you order, don't need to serve you like kings/queens and don't care whether you walk out or not
