Ma'am tama lahat po yung mga sinasabi nyo.Dapat yung mga empleyado sa Canyon cove beach resort sa Nasugbu,Batangas dapat maganda ang pr ng mga customers at dapat maganda ang serbisyo para yung mga customers ma kontento sa kanilang serbisyo.Ma'am you are right na basi sa yung observation na hindi maganda ang kanilang serbisyo.
Sana pumunta ka ng hindi peak season try mo pumunta ng tag ulan..ang choosy mo madam bet mo pala ng di ganyan ang experience sana dika sumabay sa holiday.

Valid un complaint nya. Anu yan papayag ka na lang sa bad service. You paid for it kaya dapat mabigay ng tama. Raise your standard te/kuya. Ikaw un tipong tao na "pwede na". Explore ka ng mundo hindi un ugaling tiis tiis lang.

Abay malamang valid yung complaint ano yun papayag ka na ganun service sa kanila ehh kamahal mahal ng binayaran nila, raised your standard please!!! Kung sa iyo pede aba samin hindi
That's the problem when a hotel has too many customers. They're not afraid to not work hard because even if they provide bad and infuriating services, they know they will still profit and be fully booked by the end of the day.

Honestly maganda sa canyon cove. Been there. Yun cons lang nya is internet Wala sa room. Yun room naman namin maayos malinis maganda towel may floor mat.
We been there , okay sana yun beach and pool , tama tama sinabi mo sa rooms nila, The bathrooms filthy, unrepaired cracked tubs, shower heads clogged, loosed holders, filthy sink and toilet bowls.
