I have been using multiple brands and designs of ultrasound machines in the last 30+ years and this basic machine is great for beginners. It is easier and faster to use toggle switches than rounded ones. The manufacturers should take a cue from the ergonomic button/toggle designs and functions from the Acuson 128 XP.
