I'd say as it is not it has a 40% chance of having a dead hand. Sometimes not completely bricky but not really an explosive hand turn 1.

At first I thought of using BLS but then its when it hit me vanilla Gaia can actually be used in this deck. Buster Blader can also be integrated into the deck too. The piece for a Yugi deck are there, it's just a matter of how to arrange them in the best way hmm...
