GG since the lag is also in the VOD, it's very unlikely that the lag is a RU-vid issue. If RU-vid has issues (which is much rarer than people in chat think) than it's with distributing the frames live in all the regions of the world. That RU-vid has issues receiving frames from you is extremely unlikely. Which means, that the lag issue is very likely on your end. My first guess would be that VSync is turned off and CPU or GPU (depending on the game and resolution) is running at 100% trying to generate as many frames as possible and leaving no resources left for OBS which causes the lags. Kiara had exactly this issue a bazillion times in 2022 (not sure if she still has that issue) and it's a pretty common issue among streamers in general, that's why it's my first guess. But since you mentioned you have the lag for a couple of days, that makes it more likely that the issue is not in the game settings but rather something else like Nvidia driver settings, OBS settings or Windows display settings. I would recommend keeping the performance tab of the Windows task manager open (or using performance overlays like GeForce Experience) while playing a game and using OBS (recording or maybe testing with a private stream) to see if the utilization peaks at 100% and then going through the settings to find the issue.
