I just wonder how many people understand the history of the Bible at all. And I mean no offense but there are worship genes in your brain that inherently create a dichotomy which is the product of what we see now in the middle east. You don't need religion in your life to love and you don't need a Bible that has been written and rewritten for 2000 years. In all honesty, I think boomers need to stop giving their opinions. Look at the world they have created, devoid of spirituality and full of religious fanaticism and hate.
Joe is so dismissive of Christianity and Christ and he isn't like that with other ideas and documents. I think its his ego that cannot admit he is wrong after having so much derogatory things about Christianity and Christ. I hope he overcomes his pride one day

I think people who are skeptical get stuck on this idea of "proof," and I say this as someone who has had this problem. We have more evidence for the RESURRECTION of Jesus, than the EXISTENCE of Alexander the Great. Yet Jesus is always doubted, but Alexander is one of the greatest generals of all time. You'll never be able to prove pretty much anything. You can't prove you're even reading this comment, especially not in a few hours. "Did I read that or am I misremembering?"
Science can provide evidence with there study of the God particle, there test weighing someone while they die(to prove we have a soul),the cat scan test on the brain while someone dies.and so on..
Jesus was an OG, literal epitome of higher human consciousness. But I will say, he was not the son of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, nor did he ever say he was. Languages translated over time change meaning, and it was so easy for dynasties to take advantage of that. Just throwing my story here.. I was a christian growing up, when i was 13 it just didnt make sense, i started questioning.. i believed that God is awful and he is a narcissist, i hated Him.. I tried with all my will to prove that He is non existent.. Until i started doing my research.. I prayed again after years and i felt fear and weird at first but once i was done with my prayer... I felt something bad, something ive been carrying for so long leaving me, i was filled with love and reassurance...It was life changing ❤ Jesus Christ is king
God unveiled Himself to this man, I’m happy for him. And he’s right it’s the small things and changes that can eventually lead to bigger things. Man, Joe with his whole “psychological software” weirdness. He really thinks humans are just machines, he just doesn’t get it.
Jesus and prayer doesn't just magically solve things, they give you opportunities to rise above and be a better person or move to a better path in life.
The way Јое handled this interview is irritating but I like the way his guest told his story of coming to faith. No drama, no complicating things. Very well and simply put.
I grew up christian and in my young days i was very active in church. Well left it and went out in the world. 20 years later, ive gone through more heartache, broken relationship after broken relationship. Becoming an alcoholic, to the point of getting arrested for acting ridiculous. Becoming hareful and despising people, blackout drunken screaming and hateful despicable human being. Diving in to the occult and witchcraft and falling in love with someone who into those things. Bringing ouija boards and more dark things into my life. Me going deeper in to drugs and alcohol. The witch left left me. Someone i was with for many years. Depression set in even more... trying to hold on and reaching out only to recieve a cold cold reaction from her. To the point of this person unnecessarily filing a restraining order, taking me to court, destroying me in front of a judge by humiliating me with her new man by her side with texts of hateful drunken things ive said. Coldly walking out on me and i was all alone facing this. Sending me spiriling deeper and consuming more and more alcohol... blacking out, spuing drunken hateful things to people i love... to a point i was having a mental and emotional crisis. Desperately needing therapy. Passing out drunk in my front lawn. My brother and his girlfreind Desperately wanted me to come to church one night... i didnt want to go. However i did. Ill tell you this, i was deeply touched the night i went. I began to surrender my self more to God. Im on a road of leaving alcohol behind today. All these hateful negative thoughts, thoughts of suicide ect, began to flee from me. Clarity of my mind and peace began to replace the utter termoil i had going on inside. Learning to forgive and loving people again. Its too difficult to express in a comment.. people can choose not to believe and demand all this evidence, however when you experience something that utterly changes your life, no skeptic, no amou t of reasoning , no amount of argument and debate, ect... is going to convince that God isnt real and faith is extremely powerful and can totally change lives for the better. Im a living testimony of the life changing power of God in your life. As for the witch, i forgive her... in court she told the judge, shedosent have a lot of forgiveness in her.. The difference between the true people of God and the godless mentality that only seeks to destroy you. For me, im sticking with God, where there is love, peace, forgiveness, acceptance, mercy, kindness. The witch? Oh shes is the same unhappy miserable spot in life she hasaleays been in.
Dang watching Joe be coherent while he hasn’t really done his research on Jesus and the data that would validate his time and that it was prophecy and him not being able to voice that with Joes is kinda mind boggling but all power to him Jesus is King and it’s hard to see that with the philosophical aspect of the generation all u can do is pray and hope the info finds Joe in the right order AMEN🙏🏼
Knowing God is so much more than helping people or love, its a magical mysterious parallel universe which transforms you in ways that make you want other people to have the experience and the deeper you dive into Christianity the move you experience the miracles.

The shortest and most simple answer to this very debate is that if you're looking for absolute certainty beyond all doubt regarding Jesus, you're never going to find it in this life. But if you're open to it in your heart and your mind, there is plenty of evidence from multiple fields that can bring you to a place of minimal or reasonable doubt. Crossing the bridge which remains past that point requires faith.
