In Germany lang proficiency is v imp..esp grammar..and the examiners are inhuman..no consideration..they evaluate v crucially regarding the lang, even if the medical knowledge is good. They don't care. Secondly, even If u pass the exam vt great difficulty, u hv to apply in a radius of 200 km to get calls from just 4 hospitals. See, the issue is not that they have less number of doctors, question is whether they wana appoint more docs or not..Its my experience. They r a lot of docs vtht a job here. I joined a hosp, I do the work of two docs here, simply coz they don't wana appoint extra ones to save money..its purely not the shortage of qualified physicians..its the restriction in taking up more docs
@@hulgizieaddis7635 I think this is a personal experience. I have friends that have easly pased the knowledge exam. He has worked in internal Medizine for 3 years, after that in Kardiologie for some months and than decided for Infection diseases, which is good for him because is it not so stresful. I think it has to do with the experience in Germany and with a little bit of luck you can find a good place. He takes now 5500 Bruto(mehr als 3000 Neto). I mean it is not a very good salary considering the cost of living now. But this is a personal choice. I myself have passed dhe C1 Medizin and i have found a place in Endokrinology. I am studying for the Knowledge exam and lets see how it will go. The most important is the Language, if you decide to come, learn good the language.
Without German language proficiency it is impossible to work as Nurse. For normal office clerical work, they are expecting B2 level. For Medicine and Teaching they require C1 Level. Most of the time people dont explore the language stuff before moving to Germany. Can you imagine a Friench doctor moving to India to a remote village. Can he communicate to the Patients? It is the same scenario here. For any job in Germany, before applying, please look into the language need.
THE REALITY: the work life balance for doctors, especially in big hospital, is a catastroph in Germany. Yes in small hospitals or in Reha Clinics work life balance is very good, but in Uni.Clinics its hell. You have to do a lot of overtime because of shortage of staff - both doctors and nurses (yes you will be compensated for overtime, but the stress is extreme that it may ruin your health), you will have to do the extra work for constant sick leaves/vacation/shortage of your colleages, after work you cant do anything you are so much tired. Because of inflation nothing will be saved from Salary at end of month, especially if you have kids and family dependent on you
Which documents need to translate ? If all then how we csn legalize then in our country? And all documents need to legalize or only few of them ? E.g . Degree and transcript. Kindly reply me .
if one has B2 german level certficate do they still need another language exam to get their temporary license and can u summarize the expenditure till one gets their temporary license
What if we studied mbbs in china, and did internship in china? Then did the internship in our country again and have license to practice in our country.
All you have said in this video is very true, I am currently facing delays in my application , part of the delays was due to some missing documents which have all been sorted out. Currently awaiting the Reference qualification report from the Gutachtenstelle (GfG). It has been a sad experience for me as my application is already more than 18months 😢.
Also i would like to ask Sir that can we renew temporary registration to work as doctor under supervision repeatedly for many years? Or after a certain time period medical council reject our temporary registration?
Sir let's suppose i passed Fachsprachenprufung but failed Kenntnisprufung repeatedly, then is there any way to work as doctor in germany with temporary registration? Is there any training or coaching centres in germany who teaches how to pass Kenntnisprufung exam & Fachsprachenprufung?
I am a final year student here in Pakistan currently working on my German language. Please tell me on which visa I must apply for fachsprechenprofung. Should it be working visa or any visa?
Dear Dr we have recently submitted our documents to the Bavaria State. Since then we did not inform regarding the application fee which was mentioned on the website about 400 euro. Could you please kindly tell me when they ask for the application fee. Thank you and have a nice day
After completion of training, a Facharzt earns monthly around 7-8000 Euros after deduction of all the Taxes, Social Security, Health Insurance, Pension Plan etc. Pre-Tax the salary slips will show 11-12000 Euros. With this salary, one doesnot fall into the poor category, infact one falls in the Category of "Spitzen-Verdiener", Google this. However it must be mentioned that , It cannot be compared of the potential of income one has in the open market like India, where in private practice with proper medical skills, business acumen and marketing-- only Sky is the limit.
As always.... Great help and caring 🎉 Question : When should we apply for approbation to get DB? 1.When we start language Or 2.when we have say a2 or B1 etc Or 3. after b2 Can we apply earlier so that time for processing for DB by Germany is used to finish B2??
Option 2, because if you apply too soon. You might get a DB in which they demand B2 Certificate and give you a deadline of 2 months, then you will have a problem.
Hello. Could you please make a video regarding the logbook system in Germany. I am a surgeon in India, and would like to prepare a logbook to present to German authorities. This may reduce the residency period I need to once again undergo in Germany.
