why my honda 2018 (led headlight- left side)only fron turn signal (left side) does not work? Also, same fron left headlight (LED) when switch FOB key off front right headlighs flash but not left. Can you help if this is light bulb or rely? Please share experience. Thanks
I am trying to add led puddle lights that turn on when the car door opens. When I splice into the black and green wire in your diagram, the led light turn on when the dome light is off and they are off when the dome light is on. I put the positive wire from the led to the green wire (in diagram) and the ground wire from led to the black wire (in diagram). How do i get the lights to tilurn off and on simultaneously? Instead of having music tell us how it works. Note that each pin is numbered. 85 and 86 are the coil pins while 30, 87, and 87a are the switch pins. 87 and 87a are the two contacts to which 30 will connect. If the coil is not activated, 30 will always be connected to 87a. Think of this as the relay in the Normally Closed (OFF) position. 85 goes to the power window swtich which connects to ground. When 85 on the left relay is connected to ground 87 connects to 30 placing positive down the blue wire to the motor. The right relay is at rest so 87a is connected to 30 causing negative (ground) down the purple wire to the motor. When 85 on the right relay is connected to ground 87 connects to 30 placing positive down the purple wire to the motor. The left relay is at rest so 87a is connected to 30 causing negative (ground) down the blue wire to the motor.

I didn't get this at all. All I know is that I get no juice on the switch till I turn on my headlights, then my fog lights still don't come on. I tried using the OEM defrost switch but it lights up while I have my finger on it but shuts off immediately when released and in either position I still get no fog lights. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

I have one interesting problem ...one of my foglight is working while the other one is not working...now here is the interesting part == the one not working when tested using multimeter generates 2.4 volt before it is even switch on while the other good one no voltage before it is switched on..... What could be the likely problem in this case?
The easiest way to check is to put the working bulb to another one socket if the bulb lights up it means you have a faulty bulb .. if the bulb doesnt light up it means you have a faulty wirings. Use test light check for the ground and positive while the switch is turned on ...
It's probably one of those wires coming out of that 3 wire connector piece. Likely it is a bad wire and the signal is not reaching the other end , aka an open circuit. Find out which one of those wires it is by testing the 3 connecter ports on the wiring harness, and once you find the one that is not getting a reading, see where that one is meant to lead and once you find that connection port on the other end of the circuit you can just cut the wire at both ends and run a new wire directly from one end to the other the originally wire that you cut off at each end wont hurt anything now so leave it , this is the easiest way as these tiny wires would be extremely difficult to follow as they are run all throughout the engine in and out of lots of small hard to see places. If you can find where it starts you can look up where it ends and it's much easier to just run a new wire directly from the alternator terminal to the ECU or wherever it leads to.
