I hadn’t considered trying the balm foundation until I saw this video - it looks great for low makeup days. I use the Huda Beauty fauxfilter concealer as a spot foundation at the moment but it can be a bit matte so I will definitely hop online now to check out the Anastasia BH shade range. Btw - if you are using this Huda blush in your latest videos (the cult beauty founders edit / latest goody bag) it really looks incredible on you! 😊
Yes you should have received the moisturiser from The Outset but trust me, you aren’t missing anything. It feels really lovely going on and the pump bottle is great but I found after 2 days of trialing that my skin had actual dry flakes on it which is not something I’ve experienced before. I think it would be a nice moisturiser for someone really young, with no skin problems and who’s generally not into skincare. Personally at my age (50’s) I need more oomph and more science based ingredients. I’d love to know if you tried the cleanser? I enjoyed the way it dispenses instead of putting my fingers in tub but found I missed the oil or slip part on my skin. I’ll give it to someone a bit younger than me as with most of the products in this box to be honest. I also wish the Westman Atelier eyeliner had been the brown one they do. Black is so boring. I tried to tightline with it and it instantly smudged all over my lower eyeline so it was a big no for me sadly. I loved the hair mousse but I’m a big fan of Hair by Sam McKnight already. It’s perfect for my super fine hair and gives it a nice cohesive ‘swish’. Just want to say your skin and makeup look incredible here by the way! Yr really glowing. Thanks as always for the great review.
I also like this new Elixir version, it's my favourite of the line, and the bottle is good, also my favourite (the other ones I really dislike😅). I get a sweet fruity note at the beginning and then it evolves into a sweet powdery feminine fragrance. I also liked the Glam and the Supreme versions, but this one is on the top for me.
I loved this box, the perfume is really nice and the eye mask sounds great. I estimated the value to be around £132 - hard to be precise without knowing how much the eye cream would retail for but I gave it a notional price of £30. So not bad overall value for a box that cost £15.
My favourite subscription box and expensive one, as I do pay over $200 for it because of the exchange rate and delivery fee as I live in Australia but so worth it❤️
@@Truth1561I think quite generous. I get the small and I’m a size 8 and they are roomy. I could have sized down to the xsmall but in the winter time I found the pj bottoms a bit short (and I’m only 5’2) so I went up a size and find them perfect. I love the jammies, they are made from lovely material and they always wash really well! I have been a subscriber for about a year and I have loved every box I have received. It’s the only subscription I have and I think it’s very good value with products that I love to receive but wouldn’t purchase for myself so it would make a fab gift x
I don't know what to think. It is too early to decide. Last year we had not so many interesting advent calendars imo . Hopefully this year will be more exciting.
Thanks for sharing! I suspected the body lotion and mist were included based on the silhouettes in the sneak peeks. I’ve just bought those so skipped this mystery box, but I agree there are some nice, different products in there to try out.
Got to be honest, I've never heard of Sheglam, it does look good on you though. I don’t wear alot of make-up so I will look but not buy anything yet, oh just remembered I do need a concealer so I'll try that first. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰
I’m not one for dry shampoo either. I just feel it leave you with better smelling dirty hair, I much prefer to just wash it as it irritates me. Dry shampoo is ok to tide you over until the evening if you’re in a hurry.
Hi, I love the queen of Hungary mist to, and I've just started Medic8 retinol 6 tonight, I'm so hoping it sits well as I need to up my retinol as I'm no longer seeing results, well time will tell, I've put a well moisturising moisturiser on to help combat any dryness and now am hoping I don’t wake up looking like a tomato tomorrow 😅, That Polish body butter sounded good enough to eat, but I have alot to get through atm so not buying any yet. I give all my cbd products to my sons girlfriend as she uses it all the time to help with pain and to get to sleep, I did try some for about 4 days but couldn't say I slept better or fell into a decent sleep pattern either, I get days I get insomnia, have done for years and despite tests we still done know why. I'm used to it now though so just get on with my life. Loved watching this, I love watching what other people have been using so empties are my favorite videos apart from Advent calendars which are nearly here too. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰
