Good to know. Was looking at these... Now I'm not. I don't have an issue with China made products as a whole. Just don't call yourself Freedom Industries, be all Merica and not be made here lol. Pretty lame
I ordered their Xp1-RT camo series shoes. When I received them, they looked really cool, but not made in the USA. As I wore them in my house to see how they felt and break them in, they hurt my feet really bad, especially on the outer arch. I wore them 3 different days for about 20 min each day. I contacted them through email to return them for a different size or another model of shoe. They got right back to me and I processed my return. These shoes were still brand new and never worn outside. They stated in the email that if still new, no signs that they have been worn outside or damaged, I would receive a refund. If they looked dirty in any way, I would receive a credit. I never received anything from them. I email them, since there is no phone number, 6 or 7 times and they have not responded to any of my messages. I logged back in to the website and it shows a "total refund" but I never received it. I waited a month and signed back in and it says i have a credit, but it won't allow me to use it. There is no option even as I went to the final purchase. So, basically, I lost $110.00.
I just picked up a bar at a local thrift store for $3.75. I have been wanting to try this. The person donated a whole box of them, as he did not like the scent!
Worst customer service ever. No phone number to contact them. Wanted to exchange 3 jacket sent email atleast 5 days in row not a return. Avoid at all cost.
This is good to know. Looks like they are not all they are cracked up to be. I have not purchased anything else from them. Now I may not! I was thinking about a new pair of shoes and a hoodie.
I also had a bad experience with their customer service. Sent 2 different emails and never got a reply from them. Reached out to them on Instagram DM and the person I talked to was super rude when all I wanted was an update on my package. Finally got my package 3 months after ordering. That being said, I absolutely love the shoes. So it is unfortunate that the customer service is so bad
