Hey, good review! I have the allpa 28 which fits my height and frame pretty well (5'3 woman) I love that mine came with a rain fly which also helps with security and dirt protection in addition to weather protection. I like the updated features they just released but in addition to the slightly higher price point, now the rain fly is not included and the are selling sizes separately for $20 to $30. That adds 10% or more to the price of the bag if you want a rain fly when it used to be included with the bag. They also removed the back door access to the main compartment on the 35 (my 28 never had that) but I solved that problem with using packing cubes and leaving my jacket\sweatshirt at the top of the bag with the interior mesh zipper unzipped on top so i can grab my jacket quickly. So I'm on the fence if i want to get the 35 for longer trips or look at another brand. Plus if i underpack i can use the 28 as a personal item on domestic flights and have a roller carryon.

Tip for free - edit intro to hello and the review - move self promotion after the review. To keep flow have a “don’t forget to like and subscribe” 5second flash on screen when you begin, half way through and at the end of the review. Enjoyed review presentation and information appreciated your 3 years owners wear and tear rundown. Backpacks are like the highlander there can only be one -that is right for you -choose wisely

For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

@@dfernandez3482it’s actually the opposite. The company’s mission is to hire people in poverty stricken areas for good labor practiced work. The bags actually represent their countries of origins proudly where they gave people good paying jobs. So the Filipino bags are named Luzon, for example and have the Philippines flag printed on them. It’s pretty cool

Although I love the design and triple insulation of the Swell, I have to go with Hydro Flask. I've had a Swell for about 8 years now and the lid is such a pain to clean that it grew mold; and I wash it every 2-3 days. There's really nothing that fits in the crevice of the Swell lid to fully clean it. I recently made the switch to Hydro Flask and it is so much better, especially with the Hydro Flask straw cleaning set. Ease of cleaning is something that is often overlooked when it comes to choosing a water bottle.

Patagonia’s fly fishing gear is great. That’s the primary reason why I buy their clothing too. It feels quality. My only beef I have with them is I don’t particularly care for my micro puff jacket fit but it keeps me warm and seems durable. However their ethics and charitable donations and action toward fighting climate change and maintaining river preservation are a huge value statement. If you have an issue with the price, it’s understandable. It’s definitely a bougie brand, but check out their outlets or end of season sales. Best time to scoop gear.

How well are their Chinese factory workers looked after? As with most companies their products, they are manufactured in China, but designed in say the US, or the U.K., Italy etc. So, if I want to buy from an eco-friendly, independent company, I want to ensure that I have my morals and ethics in tact. Brilliant concept! Especially with the lifetime warranty 😄

Greenwashed capitalism is so cringe. You could put the money you save from buying the hyped up crap and go plant some tree's or do your own worker-bee initiative to help the environment. However, people would rather look like they are helping rather than actually helping. Hats off to Patagonia though, they have tapped into the identity/ethics marketing beautifully. Keep in mind people, Padaguccie is for profit!
