Hi Pro good day, My car is a Holden Commodore SSV 2008 i already swapped it with a Camaro 2010 gearbox can you inform me of the transmission cross member that can i use, and also the transmission mount ... Thanks
Really great video, man! I ended up going with the same clutch/flywheel package on my swap. No regrets at all. We did the clutch pedal differently in that we left the brake pedal and booster alone. It did certainly make for a tight fit on the firewall when it came to bolting it down and hooking up the clutch fluid lines, but we got it. We also left the brake pedal the original size. I like it because it’s funny looking and it causes no issues. You did forget one thing… rolling around in those sweet, sweet metal shavings after you cut the firewall. Lol. I swear, it seemed like I could never get them all out of the floorboard!!
I bought an 04 pbm/red automatic Gto almost two years ago. I have since manual swapped it and love it so much more. When I got it tuned my tuner, turbo technology in Tacoma Washington, had just done a manual swapped g8 that week.
Crazy I commented on your IG today about the manual swap and then I stumble upon your RU-vid channel. Instant subscribe and following along the process 🤘🏼
Cars & Coffee Wilmington has been put on a temporary hold due to a few individuals behavior during and after the event. There are still other C&C in the area. 1st Saturday is Morehead City (Will also be Wilmington when they resume) 2nd Saturday is New Bern 3rd Saturday is Jacksonville
@@carolinadriven5941 We have been going to all three but Jax has been shut down for a couple of months due to no venue. There is also one every fourth Sunday from 2 to 5 at Carteret County Speedway.
@@wstrausbaugh I’m actually one of the admins for C&C Jacksonville. It’s been tough trying to find a venue due to the pandemic, but we’ll be back soon!
