There is no concern for the customer when you damage a customer's vehicle, and fail to take responsibility. Imagine what I am going through with a cracked windshield and a vehicle that shakes violently. Now I have to find and pay the repair, and I have to find another vendor to balance my tires. I have to rent cars, find rides to drop off and pickup vehicles. It is further insulting that you will not refund the original tire installation cost. I am 55 years old and have never encountered such poor service or been victimized by a service provider. Don't ask me if I have a case was filed. Ty Freeman, Scott Borman, Eddie, Louis in customer service, Joseph at the store. This has been a nightmare, you destroyed my car.

Pep Boys can kiss my ass! They just screwed me out of $1050 and did not fix my car, then gave it back saying they can't fix it. 2013 Cadillac ATS overheating, took it in, Pep Boys said it's the thermostat but they couldn't fix it because the mechanic was having a hip replaced. So they sent me to another Pep Boys less than 2 miles away. The manager from the first told the second manager that it was the thermostat and they replaced it without checking. Found out it was not the thermostat, but charged me anyway/ Then they said it was the fan and module. They changed these and sent me home after paying them. The mechanic did not put the bolts back to attach the fan. I took it back, they worked some more on it and said they couldn't figure it out and told me to take it home. The fan wasn't even connected. I ended up taking it to a local repair shop and they fixed it, needed a fan module and A/C recharged. Cost me $580 but it was fixed! I will NEVER, EVER take any vehicle to Pep Boys, they suck AND they keep your money when they can't fix things. Manny, Moe and Jack can kiss my ass!

LMAO this was such a waste of fucking money, they can't pay their employees a good wage or keep their stores up to date with equipment that works, they can't even keep their shops running in a safe order, much less keep employees safe, who are working in shops in the seedier side of town. Know what they apparently do "have the money" for? A fucking giant tour bus while gas is at an all time high, for their bousie corporate managers to ride around town in, then guess what, they hop into a jet and fly to the next city. WASTE OF MONEY treat your good employee better and stop incentiving bad ones and maybe your stores wouldnt be skeleton crew after all the shop walks out. Just saying
Best thing that ever happened to me in my mechanic career was getting fired from pep boys. Got fired for working on my family & friends cars in parking lot during business hours, of course id get them to buy parts in pep boys store, no way they were going to pay shop price. I was on flat rate commission sometimes taking home just over $600 every 2 weeks I had to make a living with a family to feed i had to make it happen. as soon as i got fired doubled my income within days now in the triple digits as a tech, really wish i didnt waste 11 years of my life with this company!! employees beware!!

Le instale un juego de estos neumáticos a mi auto, pero los del lado hizquierdo quedaron con la banda de rodadura en el sentido que bata el agua (sieguendo la marca que tiene el neumático.) pero al lado derecho queda con las ranuras que están echas para botar el agua, al lado contrario (igual se montaron según la marca que trae el neumático) pero quedan opuestos entre los dos lados.
Hello, I own Good Year WR Assurance tires. I just rotated them. I know the tire has "Outside" marked on the outside of mine. The top of the left tires have the second row from the outside...the narrow pointed pattern going forward, and toward the center some. The top of the right side tires have that same second row of arrows, but aiming toward the rear. (So all 4 tires are the same) All have "Outside" marked on the outer side. All have the same tread if you mount them in any tire location. This must not be a directional tire where lefts would need to remain on the left side, right on the right. Is this the same as you are seeing? "What are Asymmetrical Tires? Asymmetrical tires are designed to enhance traction, handling, and cornering capabilities while reducing noise. These tires are often found on sport performance vehicles. The tires can rotate in either direction when mounted with the correct side facing out, as indicated on the tire sidewall. Proper Mounting of Asymmetrical Tires These tires feature certain road-holding characteristics and wet traction technology in very specific areas of the tire, such as in the outer tread block. When mounted incorrectly on the inside of the tire, this tread-designed to be on the outside of the tire-proves less effective at performing its intended function. @@johnf5122 Are you saying that there are no restrictions for tire rotation? I can move front-left to back-right and vice versa? I just had my first tire rotation done and I thought they messed it up because the siping channels all go from left to right ( looking at the front of the car). I thought the siping channels should go from inside to out and away from the vehicle, where the left and right side mirror each other. I feel like my car has 4 "left-foot shoes" on instead of "left and right-foot shoes" (if that makes sense to you). Can you clarify for me why this is? Very much appreciated.
