Bro I like your advice but they will give you 30 minutes to interview and you don't have to speak all of this remember what if the guys don't speak that much english but they have super knowledge but they are migrant
Correct! The KEY is to customize this answer to fit your own qualifications and skills. I have provided detailed answers so people (such as yourself who have an interview) can pull out what they need and prepare a summarized answer. Remember, these are just samples so you know what words to use, how to structure your answer and customize it into a powerful answer for yourself. Goodluck! Let me know if you have any further questions.
The real question, why is it always assumed that it was YOU who caused the problems or who might bring potential issues to the company rather than the case that's more common than not, you left a toxic work environment.
That is very true! Sometimes you have to leave because of a toxic environment. The KEY is to still frame this in a positive way, for example, "I left because of structural changes at my previous company and wanted to explore new opportunities which aligned more with my career goals."
Because it's far better to assume the employee is at fault when they actually aren't, than to assume the employee is not at fault when they actually are.
Because most work environments are the same. It is only a matter of time for any environment to become toxic and the hiring manager wants to be assured you will persist trough their already existing toxicity or the one coming up in the future.
Hi, Thank you for your question. I did answer this in the video. You can say the following: "I was part of a reduction in force due to restructuring, which allowed me to explore new career paths and find a role that is a better fit for my skills and aspirations." The reason this works so well is because it shows resilience and a positive attitude toward change rather than focusing on the negative aspects of being laid off. Goodluck and please let me know if you have any further questions :)
