I was looking forward to our TAO expedition but COVID19 happened and that’s when we experienced their unfair policies. TAO was charging to rebook or cancel our trip. We are on community quarantine, flights are cancelled! You can’t even process our refund due to the government mandated quarantine yet you expect us to be there. What a joke!
Looking soooo forward to this. Booked for this May (mid), but what about all the travel lock downs (CCP Corvid virus). Has anyone heard from Tao? Are they cancelling tours. Their website hasn't mentioned anything of the CCP virus or if there's anything they're/we can do. As well, PAL just shut down ALL their international flights and their domestic flights had shut down not long ago, yet still no mention of anything on their website?
TAO is an amazing company and all about their customer service and clients so its sure they'll be implementing something in order to accommodate those affected by this worldwide pandemic going on. I hope you nd up experiencing it at some point down the line. A truly magical experience. Something I'll remember forever <3
Hey from Canada. We're booked for mid May, but concerned about this CCP corona virus and lock downs of countries and cities. Is Tao still launching tours? Have you heard anything from the Tao organization?
@@TheTruth-im6es .. my trip with TAO ( organised by Trovatrip and Finn Snow ) for the end of April has been cancelled .They are working hard to reschedule . Don't think that will be in the near future ..
