If this is a dripline that has a wall thickness of 1mm and above this should be ok, however, we need to make sure the punch quality is appropriate, that will not create leakage from the hole, especially on anti-drainage (CNL) applications. I have the red one and it doesn't seem that the flow pattern is adjustable. It really throws a lot of water far, drenching at distance but barely any water near the sprinkler. Far from even coverage. I hope I just don't know how to adjust it properly because it's useless in it's current config.
Hello, will a pressure-compensated bridgeless micro-sprinkler be produced in the future? Spinnet microsprinkler is very interesting product to use in an orchard but is only produced in high flow rates. A pressure compensated spinnet with a flow rate of 30 liters/h would be very interesting. Thanks
Hello, a Pressure Compensated micro-sprinklers are required mainly when there is a changing topography of the distributed pipes or when relatively long distributed pipes are needed. In greenhouses, in most cases, the topography is flat, and the distribution pipe is relatively not long. So, this case doesn't require a Pressure Compensated, the SpinNet or SpinNet SD can be used for high performances results in upside-down irrigation in greenhouse. For orchards, we offer the SuperNet. This is a premium pressure Compensated micro-sprinkler. it can be offered in 10 different flow rates from 20 L/H up to 110 L/H.
@@oritkatzir8490 hi, thanks for the reply. I know supernet micro-sprinklers, I have 1500 Supernet 30liters/hour in an orchard, specifically kiwifruit orchard with different topographical conditions. The main problem with the Supernet is that they drip during operation and therefore do not offer perfect water distribution. Kiwi plants suffer from root asphyxiation because the soil is much wetter under the supernet microsprinkler. Spinnet microsprinklers are bridgeless so they do not drip during operation and guarantee perfect water distribution but, unfortunately, they start from a flow of 50 litres/hour and are not self-compensating so they cannot be used in different topographical areas. Thank you guys! This was helpful. Some of the 10" filter cartridge assemblies with black plastic inner frame holding the discs, will melt in mureadic acid solution 😞. My experiment had very limited scope, but I was up for an unpleasant surprise.
I am assuming the lines are connecting to a GPS system? In the US its pretty common to farm via GPS to help with erosion, so is that how its being located for tilling?
