Taiwanese bassist Emilie Kuo, is professor of Double Bass at Tainan National University of the Arts. She won first prize in CNSM de Paris in 1994, and was the resident artist at the Cite International Arts Center in Paris from 2005-2006. Emilie Kuo gives recitals and concerts regularly in the form of solo, ensemble or chamber music. Do you know the story behind different editions of the score saying either "Andante moderato" or "Allegro moderato" for the 1st movement? (They both say a tempo of 112.) Is one known to be a typographical error? Or did the composer change his mind at some point?
