What if you incorporated 🍍"pineapple jello" into tje recipe as well? I wonder if you could swap the vanilla pudding for pineapple jello. Or even use 1/2 vanilla pudding and half pineapple jello? It might really help reinforce the pineapple flavor and make it more tropical! 🍍
Looks so yummy. Can I make marshmallow fluff at home to add to this recipe. If so can you let me know how to make it as I have some food restrictions( religious reasons)and can’t use the store bought . Also let me know how far can these be made in advance for a party. Does turn liquid at room temperature? How to serve it

The Mexican street corn casserole can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. To make the recipe ahead of time, mix the ingredients and place them in the greased casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Then bake right before serving.
