Plz answer..😢 1.Can I read my writing while typing? Or Can I pronounce while typing? 2. Can I use capital letters to all the words in typing? Will I be certified then? It is actually my habit.. 😞
Hello! 1. I would recommend against reading your writing while typing. Duolingo says that you should only speak on speaking questions. 2. You should not use all capital letters in your writing. You should only capitalize words that need to be capitalized. Otherwise, you will lose points.

I use prescription glasses on daily basis and I cannot see without them. Is it okay to wear them during the Duolingo English Test? Will that lower my score in speaking session because the glasses get the reflection of the screen.
Hello! I would recommend checking out a free site like typing.com. You should definitely improve your typing speed because 30 words per minute is really going to prevent you from writing enough and getting a good score.
@@ArnoLearning Thank you sir! One of the other problem that appears to me when I am typing is that the cursor doesn't stay stationary; it is constantly jumping around and disturbing during typing. I just wanna know whether the DouLingo cares about any "Touchpad blocker " to be installed in my PC? I mean is using " Touchpad blocker" prohibited?
@@user-dx2ej5xj2w This is the first time I've heard of something like this, but I don't think that Duolingo will like it. I would recommend disabling that before you take the test.
In interactive writing would it be enough to get 60 words in 5min section and 40 in 3min section? I can't really come up with more on some topics, will I lose many points in that case?
Hello -- yes, if you only write 60 and 40 words, you will lose a lot of points. You should aim to write twice those amounts. Coming up with ideas for a topic is difficult and it is something many students struggle with. However, Duolingo asks about the same things over and over. If you do practice questions in Arno, then you can come up with ideas for common topics Duolingo asks about it. You can then re-use these ideas on the test.
Hlo sir .. kindly made a video one single sentence fill in blanks in detail...on your website it is too easy blanks but when we try pratice test then blanks are quite difficult one .please. Make a long video on question asked in practice test with answers ...as early as possible..
Spelling can be difficult. I would recommend writing down the words you misspell, as well as the correct spelling, and memorizing the correct spelling.
I am getting 110 to 120 for my practical exam ,is it advisable to take test right now ,I have to score 105 overall ,and not below 85 for each of the session.
If you have an external microphone, that is probably better than the microphone on your laptop, so I would recommend using that. However, the external microphone cannot be connected to headphones.

I got only 90 score in DET real test exam. So, could I apply for US, Australia, Uk or other country to study Management (Bachelor of Information Technology) ? Sir, please reply my comment i just intake in September 2024
Hello! It all depends on the scores required by the schools you are applying to. There may be programs that accept 90, but I think that most schools require at least 100. However, you need to check with the specific schools.

Hello! If your description is too short, yes, you can lose points. It's not clear what length exactly is too short, but I think anything less than 20 words risks losing points for length.

If you currently have 80, then probably not. I would recommend taking the free practice test in Arno and seeing your score so that you can know how much you need to improve.
