I focus on quick, nutritious meals that keep me energized throughout the day. I stick to lean proteins like fish, ground beef, chicken, and eggs, which are staples in my diet. For carbs, I love sweet potatoes and oats because they’re nutrient-dense and keep me full. I also make sure to get in my veggies like asparagus and spinach, which are easy to prep. For snacks, I go for yogurt-it's convenient and packed with protein. This balance helps me maintain my energy and stay healthy, even on busy days.

I wouldn't say "better" but it will force you to engage with your core for functional strength. Also, when you're in a machine the machine can stabilize the weight and there's nothing wrong with that just depends on what your training goals are

When you lift weights or perform exercises like push-ups, squats, or deadlifts, your muscles contract to generate the force needed to move the weight or your body. This contraction, especially during eccentric movements (when the muscle lengthens under tension, like lowering the weight during a bicep curl), creates stress on the muscle fibers creating micro tear hence the name "getting ripped"

Shoulder FLEXION puts the triceps at a stretched position, NOT elbow flexion. It's now known that overhead tricep extension is superior to tricep pushdown because it biases triceps from a stretched position.
