A lot of things have changed since I set up this channel. I am now mainly painting the glasses to create videos, but plan to start selling them after the videos are created.
My husband and I created the idea of adding personalized wire to wooden hangers, back in 2010. I am planning to start selling my own hangers, getting away from the once that are made outside of the United States.
We also sell large wooden letters, custom signs, wedding signs, and more. The letters make a wonderful alternative guest book for many special occasions.
As I continue to find new interests, I will be sharing them with you. If I can make something special for you, please let me know. I am always up for the challenge. Please contact me either through my RU-vid channel or here: bridalhangers@aol.com.

Have you ever sat down and just practiced on waxed paper or glass? I am pretty lazy with my technique, but once you train your hand, you will be good to go!
@@AmyRessa okay yes it looks like maybe the moss green. You just didn't say when you started using it. But it definitely didn't look like the bumblebee. Thank you 💕
Thanks for your question. You do not have to use anything on this painted glassware, unless you want to. I often use Mod Podge dishwasher safe formula to coat the painted part. ~Amy
Thank you for your question. There is no need to treat the glass prior to painting if you are using the FolkArt Enamels or Multi-Surface paints. Just make sure you clean the glass and wipe off with denatured rubbing alcohol prior to painting. After you bake or air dry, you can place a coating of something like Mod Podge the dishwasher safe formula, but it isn't required. I hope this help!
I appreciate that....I have done the painting for so long. I have moved in a different direction, not to say I won't be doing them anymore....Who knows???
@AmyRessa I hope so. I have so many of yours saved. You really helped me a lot, being I just started painting in December. I've actually sold quite a few and working on an order of 8 right now. I still can't believe it myself, but thank you so much. Like I said you and your videos have helped me so much. Who says you can't teach a 69yr old new things. Have a great day 💕
Beautiful! It reminds me of waking up early as a child and laying on the porch while watching the world wake up. It was cool and the dew made everything shine. I’m 75 now and want to thank you for the precious but almost forgotten memories❣️
Thanks for following. I am not really creating painting videos much anymore. I may have created a butterfly in the past, but I do not recall it. So sorry!
This was such a beautiful tutorial. I was looking for a sunflower design I could paint as a birthday gift, and I found your video. Thank you for posting this.
Amy, I did flowers like this, with white, creamcycle and gold. They turned out beautiful. My favorite so far and then I ruined them with the leaves I did and don't know what to do now, to salvage it. I just started painting in December. I'm so upset 😕 do I just take it all off and start over? And easiest way to get all the paint off 😢
I would like to try this on a 9 pane old window I have. Wish me luck! You are amazingly talented and explain this in a way that I think I could do something. It won't look like yours but I'm going to give it a try!
About using enamel paint:You can use nail polish instead because that's what enamel paint is:nail polish. However, you should always wear a mask and have really good ventilation when you use any type of enamel paint.
I bake my painted glassware in the oven. The type of paint I use can be air dried for 21 days to fully cure. I like to coat my paintings with Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe formula, but it is not required. Thanks!
