Great video. Caulipower is it good gluten-free pizza in the freezer section; however, it's very high in sodium which is also not good for you... But good for a treat. Wheat Belly by Dr William Davis is also a really good book... And he also has several videos on RU-vid.
I went gluten free and for the first time my in life my head doesn't feel like it's in a constant fog. It has been really good for my ADHD symptoms as well.
