We run Stepping Hill Hospital as well as community health services across Stockport. Our vision is to be nationally recognised for our specialism in the care of older people and as an organisation that provides excellent cancer care. We were one of the first foundation trusts in the country and have a proud history of UK firsts as well as being an associate teaching hospital. Our specialist services include emergency medicine and specialist abdominal surgery, stroke, urology, trauma & orthopaedics.

This lovely lady sang to my daughter who is in a coma in Wythenshawe Hospital - her voice was so beautiful she moved us to tears. I really hope my daughter could hear her
Work here and get a parking fine even if you've paid . Not a good employer . Can't park ? Get fined . Late for shift ? Get disciplinary . Visitors get the same grief .

i cant fault this place i was born here theve saved my life twice in 2011 from pneumonia sceptacimia they work very hard and they dont dress like they do in casualty lr have time to stand talking in a car park to a relative the staff hardly ever stop i had a team of 8 drs who saved me in the icu they were the best if the bbc need reality for medical dramas go to stepping hill lo love from davenport stockport god bless the drs and nurses 💚💚💚💚💚

I work very hard at stepping hill and everyone says the main problem within the hospital is its under staffed. Staff are being over worked and coursed me to pull my back.
