@@bernardanderson-bf8qt thank you. They only have one size now. I am working with them to get bigger and also in different sizes. They small one, for now is 2-3 ghana.
@@innocentsogbe9458 sur, i can send you the informations. But we only give these lands away if we can build your houses or projects. We have the desire to select the projects in this area.
Sir, please what kind of Lightweight concrete are you using? I will like to know. I like those kind of building. I am glad you are doing something like that. I just subscribed to your channel. Good job 💪🙏🤝
@@ObedKC Lightweight cellular concrete (LCC) is a mixture of portland cement, water, and air created through a preformed foaming agent. This here is done with shell and core and fast floor concrete. You need an extra machine for this.
@@ObedKCYes, most diasporas understand this type of construction. But you can also achieve the same result with the right blocks. this is also a financial and time-related decision. Let me know if you want to build in ghana.
@@palmlaguna I am from GOMOA FETTEH that is why I said it with authority. We are FANTES and we do not care for the TWI the Ashantis speak. Go to the chief and ask him about what I said. I did not say we do not like people
The slab method was used here. Its similar. Slab concrete takes less time to dry. Its Shell and core done by light cellular concrete plus concrete structure and fast floor slab concrete.
@@melodymcfayden7230 to Accra central about 1,5 hours and as long as the website is not finished, I am happy to talk to potential customers about the offer.
Hi. I'm liking the relaxed vibe of Gomoa Fetteh. I have questions, if that is ok. How are the storms and hurricanes? Aluminium roof of course, because of the seas, does everything rust? Please do a video of the town- are there banks -where is the nearest mall and supermarket? Thanks so much.
No strong storms. Only strong winds as we are on the coast, but these are rather refreshing. Aluminium roofing is ok and does not rust. Just make sure that you use redwood. This lasts a long time against salt air and does not deteriorate so quickly. All Banks in: kasoa Mall: weija You'll get everything in your town except milk.
@@palmlaguna thank you. I appreciate your advice about the redwood. I hope to be there in September to look around. I want to check sea defences and erosion as well. I am also looking seriously at Pram Pram, Ada and Keta. And if the new airport happens, it will be good to have land there. But Gomoa Fetteh looks so chill, any suitable surfing there?
@@palmlagunaI’ll be there in October. (Live 4 miles from DC in Va) Ive been following & researching Ghana real estate since last year. I had the exact questions and have the same intentions as the prior commenter. Thank you for your answers. I want to buy a land in Gomoa Fetteh, Senya Beraku, Pram Pram. Anywhere I can build with a view of the sea in walking distance. No hirry want to pay slow. Less than 1 mile but not more than 2 miles from beach. It’s so beautiful. I’ll be sure to reach out to you.
@@mcnellionsamsoffermanns6442 vielen Dank. Die Natur hier und die frische Luft tut sehr gut! Deshalb möchte ich diese Gegend developen. Ist etwas anderes als in Accra. Komm mal vorbei, wenn du in Ghana bist!
That is correct and it is wonderful...in the US they say you own land and property, but the truth is, you will pay huge property taxes for as long as you own a home. It's all about the quality of life you want.
