It was a relaxing day at the spa again, now watching the highlights. Had to celebrate yesterdays 500 likes before @Austrian Wolf arrived as we were leaving for the spa. Hi Boy, mooie beelden van een prachtig toestel. 😍 Sad to see she will stop doing the sightseeing tours, or even stop flying altogether. Read somewhere she is for sale for around €500.000, engines have only ± 500 hours after a big rebuild/update. Let's hope she stays in the Netherlands and will be stationed at Lelystad airport. ☺
what a nice one 👍 . Just read on the DDA homepage that they will have to stop sightseeing flights as of 2025 for various reasons. Seems to me that it will become difficult to spot such flying aviation history in the skies then ☹️

Hey Boy, I wanted to send along my appreciation for all of your hard work to stream from Schiphol. This past weekend had to have been pretty frustrating between Saturday's flip flopping of active runways and then on Sunday, having the encounter with Beavis, the parking butt head. Thank God, I hope Singapore Cargo, KLM Cargo and Cargolux also stop using these. It will give more night’s rest around Schiphol. These planes make the most awful noise at departure especially at cloudy days. Last time it was at 04:06 when I was pulled out of my sleep by Singapore Cargo, the panes were rattling in the window frames. I have no objections to Schiphol, but the cargo planes should not depart at the ‘edges of the night’ (an invention of the governmental environment agency), 04:06 is in the middle of the night. If I go to bed at 22:00 and set my alarm on 06:00 I don’t want to sleep 6 hours, I want and need to sleep 8 hours.
Then dont live near schiphol then like if i live near a trainstation i would hear the trains so yeah shut or go to bed early its a final sad moment of these kind of good planes
