Very physical and difficult game to play as player it's easy to watch from the stand and talking shit life is not easy for anyone every body looking for the Money

Bloody AB's sent Ireland packing for home in the quarter finals, the best team lost again to the All Blacks at a RWC Quarter-final That's not how it was supposed to go.Better luck next time. Probably better the few Irish supporters give up predicting the All Blacks demise and stay humble for a change.
From 2019 RWC to 2023 RWC 3-3 from 2013 5-5 against the All Blacks@@johnmc3862 and I have to agree they have been most consistent and do have a good team. No harm thinking you can win but predicting you will win that's a different story..
Remember the shameful elbow by Antonio on Herring's face,he should be sent off,instead only yellow card,France buys refrees,apart the World Cup organization just bought before...😆
Watching this now brings back so many great memories. Ireland were fantastic. 🇮🇪🇮🇪. However fair play to Scotland for being the only team that stopped Ireland getting the bonus point.
Um, not sure Scotland can claim responsibility for that. Prop playing hooker for the second half with flanker throwing into lineout, first choice no. 8 off after a few minutes, plus injuries to backs causing major reshuffle. Would have been a BP otherwise. Still won.
The first few minutes of try highlights are enough to determine their potential in the world cup tournament this year. New Zealand should be very worried I guess.
@@johnmc3862 A couple of wins and you think you're better than us. your history sucks against the All Blacks mate. Who kicked your ass at the last RWC??? Think you were world number one then, until the All Blacks beat you, So don't get too cocky mate.
@@johnmc3862 You got thrashed in the 1st Test 42-19, you got thrashed in the 1st Maori All Black game 32-17, and because the Irish are always talking about their young talent well Ireland A, got thrashed by our All Black XV 47-19 That's 3 different NZ teams that whipped you guys, and beaten by France in the U20 RWC 2023, 50-14. not all that impressive if you throw in those little losses So carry on blowing your horn about how fearless you are, Seems you're good at remembering your wins, but you weren't undefeated last year in the NH & SH, well beaten by New Zealand teams and that's last year, history now. This year is a different ball game buddy, and you're not scaring anybody.
@@richardmatatahi4563 Yes Richard, the Ireland game is the biggest challenge to how NZ play. Just look at how NZ are trying to alter their game; they are in crisis. Ireland will never fear them again. Ireland fear SA and France now.
But we have alwys said NZ are the best .. but that is just talk now. Ireland's strengths lies in the fact that we don't need to be world champions to be the greatest yet. To change the game is great. See you in September!
It's a tournament that the very best might win. the best teams must kill each other to meet England .. and England are NOT near the brilliance of Ireland. Even NZ knows in their bones that Ireland are better than them: world champions?, we will have to wait and see. See you in France!
I'm specialized in Rugby so I don't know the sport of wrestling as well as Rugby! What I can say is the best conditioning for any sport, is trying to repeat similar movements you do when you wrestle but with weight and resistance with different type of load, intensity, sets/reps, ... on phases of 6 to 8 weeks. For instance, when you're off season you focus on accumulating Strength, you want to work on 2 weeks of volume (high reps / light to moderate load) + 6 weeks (depending on your wrestling schedule) of Max Strength. With your cardio training during that off-season you want to work on aerobic capacity (long effort) still specific to your sport. (For example a rugby game last 80 minutes so I would work on longer effort than 80 minutes). Then when you're approaching the beginning of the season, you want to focus on Power in the weight room and your anaerobic capacity on the cardio side (shorter effort and more intense). I hope it helps!
This is a fair video. But the title is very wrong. These are NOT all the tries France scored in the 2023 Six Nations. These are only the ones scored by the men! Where are the women's tries??? They play fantastic rugby, especially the Menager twins.
Well it’s because it was about the men’s six nations but don’t worry I’ll get to the women’s six nations very very soon! 😜 They played so well! I just didn’t get a chance to make the montage yet!
@@rugbyperformancelab IF the management had started both twins at the very start, England would have been smashed. Marine and Romain are among the very best players in the world, female or male.
@@oisinfitzgerald5401 Ireland have a good chance no doubt but it's so tight between pool A & B especially when the Quarter finals come around, Ireland may well have the last laugh. But I can't dismiss South Africa, Scotland or, New Zealand & France. the anticipation is drawing near, 9th of September France vs New Zealand Opening game will kick it all off hang on for the ride, I'm picking it could be a stressful one
@@richardmatatahi4563 I actually would prefer France over New Zealand. Your players are gonna have a serious chip on the shoulder after Ireland won the series last year and I think they have the talent to win it! Personally I don't think Scotland have the right mindset and losing to us the way they did in the six nations this year was a real blow to the confidence, but you never when they'll show up. South Africa will definitely be dangerous though. They always show up for every game, and their players are huge! If we get out of the quarter final, we might just be able to win it.
Yes great play! I think they have been using this play for years ... It worked another time with rob kearney back in the day I believe! Keenan was unstoppable during this last six nations!
There was a time when rugby players scored try & no one came near them to congratulate them. They just trotted back to their half. Any touchy-feely stuff was frowned upon. That’s what soccer players did. But when you see how these guys play you can forgive all the jumping about when they score.
I’ve definitely had some injuries through my career but none on my ankles or knees (fortunately!). The reason I’m arching my feet is because when I Deadlift (or squat) I grip the floor in between my big toe and heel to have an active arch. By doing this I have a better stability to the ground and get a better activation of my glutes.
@@rugbyperformancelab I achieve a similar foot position by anchoring my big toe on the ground first and then spreading my toes out as I bring my foot fully flat. Then immediately grip the ground with my feet. This helps me tremendously with external knee rotation and thus glute engagement
