Not bad. That looks like steel from a chain from a ship, which is good quality steel. Now you just need to spend a few hours finishing it up, polishing it, heat treating it, coating it with chrome, and selling it. You'll have done a good day's work, and you'll be making $5 to $10 for the day . . . or whatever a good wrench sells for in your area. Good luck! I hope you're able to sell it for a full day's wages. :) Just in case you're wondering, I just bought a set of 15 Craftsman combination wrenches for $40 at Lowe's. They were mostly smaller than this one though. A couple were bigger (as big as 22mm). I'm sure my Craftsman wrenches were made in a big factory in China, by workers using huge machines and furnaces bigger than a house. They probably make thousands of wrenches every day.
