I'm a Mitchell too and if you're anything like me I have a binge eating problem to get the dopamine I'm lacking in my brain. I was doing family history research and found out that the Mitchell family name means "over eater". It made me realize that the Mitchells have been chronically neglected for dopamine deficiencies in our brains. It's genetic. Looks like you get your dopamine from exercise and being recognized. Much healthier because you have to stay accountable to your goals to be recognized like you are. Your partner is lucky to have you. You seem like a great mom.
tips for not crying when cutting onions ! ! ! 1 bread ( put bread in your mouth ) ( not inside just like a mouth full ) ( make sure that you can smell the bread ! ) 2 put your head up till you see the tip of the onion 🧅 3 tilt your head and try to look at the ceiling ( not fully ) you should also be able to see the onion then you look at the onion using your eyes
