as a total beginner I am still learning how to dismount. I can get off if not moving but actually slowing to stop and putting foot down need security of a wall.
Great tutorial! I want to start my own EUC series. So far, no one has come out with content that matches my idea, hopefully I will figure out editing before someone films my idea LOL!
I'll still smoke you on my ex30. 😊 love your videos bro I've watched you go from no views to 1000s keep up the good work king and hopefully we rode together one day 😊
I love crashing the shit out of my EUC and I love the looks of it all scratched and dinged up. Also one of the first things you could do when riding an EU is work a little bit on your fashion! 😂
If you have it dialed in correctly, the GT Pro rides like a dream at all speeds. Great acceleration and breaking. Not quite as nimble as the Lynx but turns on a dime. Cheers!
7:29 That red light....this is one of those times where you have to know the white van has a red light while you have a red light, or we're watching a different video... 104 lbs. Saying "it really feels light" reminds me of when people say "Arizona is hot, but it's a dry heat" as if that makes a big difference 🤣 I mean, 104lbs is 104lbs regardless. Wonder how long it will be before we get the first 150 lbs wheel. Probably once we hit 120's, vehicle licenses and full motorcycle insurance would be required on a street EUC or something. The weights are getting insane.
I have a Master for about 4 months now and thinking about upgrading to the Sherman S for something more stable in windy conditions. Thanks for this video. Also what tou say about the PSI needing to be exact is spot on.. i like my master at 32 but sometimes it loses a few psi and i can tell immediately.
Nice wheel you got there. I still love the Sherman-S as well. PSI is a personal preference. Once you find the perfect tire pressure for your riding style, the ride feel really comes together. With that being said, I will sometimes play with the PSI just to see if perhaps a little more pressure, as I typically ride in the 20's (psi), makes a positive difference.
@johnnygovroom, Thanks for stopping by man. You've got some mad euc skills! You are right though, we need at least 20 mph added to the top end. Just cause it's there doesn't mean you have to tap into it. Cheers!
Question: Have you been approached by any EUC manufacturers to do reviews? My budget is a but lacking at the moment, so getting the opportunity to test wheels for companies would be amazing. I do have some free time to create RU-vid content and I have what I believe is a original idea for making EUC content. I wonder how many subs they want to see before they start sending you EUCs to review. Even if I had to return each test wheel, I would still be excited to do it. I just found your channel tonight, keep it up! I subbed BTW!
I got my first ( and only) wheel, COMMANDER MINI, in October 2023. Saying I am in love is underselling it. I live in a extremely rural town, Oceana,WV, so I have nobody to ride with. I have passed out about 20 E-Wheels cards and stickers. I figured maybe some of the younger folks would be brave enough to try EUCS, but nothing so far. Everyone has a 4-wheeler or side-by-side, so I am not sure why they aren't intrigued. My next challenge as a 40 year old dude is PARAMOTORING!
With some of that music, I was wondering where you were riding to and what was going to take place when you got there. I used your quick calibration video to fix my weird leans on the Lynx, thanks. Been following you for awhile, great video. 801.
I'm 89kg (around 196lbs) . Do you recommend 66lbs or 70lbs on Sherman lynx? I'm using it mainly for commuting but the main road here has a lot of pothole and not the best road. And may jump rarely. Please advise me .😊
Great review! If only the gt pro+ came with a knobby like the sherman.... Thats the one Im waiting to upgrade for, please get us info on the + as soon as possible! : )
Thank you! This wheel is really made for street. The lower battery boxes could get in the way of off road riding. Or maybe you like the knobby for street riding? GT Pro + should make a great longer distance wheel. Cheers!
It's crazy that there are no calibration instructions from LK. I've ridden my Lynx over 400 miles without calibrating because it was so arcane. I'll give this a shot today. Thanks!
For me, at least 10% of my ride is spent on intentional skill practices. 90% of the learning process should be subconscious where you’re just focusing on enjoying your time and feeling a slowly building comfort and confidence that you’ll be able to recover from the next unexpected perturbations or shift in angular momentum. The body needs time, repetition and variations to more deeply learn a skill. There’s way too much that can be said here, so I’ll just say that the video is very insightful and worthy of listening multiple times.
Late night rides are so relaxing. The weather has been scorching hot up here in Jersey.. it's way too hot to ride comfortably during the day.. You're looking Smooth on the wheel Brother! Stay safe out there.
This wobble has something to do with the tire. I don’t ride an euc yet and it’s just because of the wobble. But I had this problem happening on my car, yes that’s right, I owned a Suzuki Samurai and I bought some cheap non-quality tires, I must tell you the moment I hit 55mph that wobble was insane, my steering wheel was all over the place, I didn’t know then what this is so I went to the car shop to fix it, they inspected the car and I exchanged some parts but the wobble wouldn’t disappear no matter what I’ve done, until I changed the tires, now I have a second Suzuki Samurai, I bought it with descent tires but at 55mph I felt slight wobble, no so much than with the first Samurai but it was there, NOW, I bought a set of 4 brand new YOKOHAMA GEOLANDAR A/T, man, the Smurai rides smooth like a charm. I think the tire must be correctly weighed (centred) like car tires are when mounted.
I am working to get the Lynx. I got MCM5, RS19, Veteran Sherman, and ( EX20, which I am selling ) and I love it but its just too heavy. I want a suspension wheel closer to the weight of the Veteran Sherman which is what the Lynx is.
Thank you, is there a reason the link is in the description vs just adding it as the related video in ytstudio? It’s impossible to cut and paste from iPhone. Need to take screenshot then text recognition. Just a heads up
