My 39s is showing mm on left side and sm on right-side. I have changed the settings to sm but every time I try to splice it shows this. Can anybody please help me. Thanks garry
I'm having major issues with mine today. took 3 hours to splice 12 core because of focus failure, passes some self tests and fails others. also splicing single mode with correct pigtails it says pigtails other so wont continue to splice on pre fibre check till i click on ignore. any ideas. it got worse very very quickly today
It is nice video. One thing I didn't like is there is no fiber shard container attached to the cleaver. Picking the fibers with bare is extremely hazardous.

Very good splicer I have thrown in shit cleaves and jagged terminations and it has spliced and tested no problem. Many older splicers need almost a perfect cleave to achieve low-loss but this one certainly is very flexible with regards to that.
No doubt the about Sumitumo Products there quality is excellent, But in India i think atleast 90% customer get very harashed during after sales service about this matter I has written many mails to Sumitumo headquarters but they have not taken my suggestion seriously, So to improve the sales Sumitumo has to improve the service quality and reduce the customer harashments.
