Damn ...... I’m sorry ........ I can’t watch anymore of this ...... you may know kinda how your equipment works but ........ You say alcohol turns to vapor @ 200 degrees ...... NOTTTT heads begin burn off at 145 ‘ F ...... that would be the Methanol and Foreshots ...... Ethanol, “ the stuff ya want !” Begins vaporizing @ 172 or 173’ F......... if you’re still reaches 200 degrees F you need to shut it down! Cause you are well into the Tails of the run ! Need to do more research brotha so you don’t make yourself and your outfit look so ...... “ inept “ Now ..... go look that word up ! Lord God Almighty!!!

Um ... perhaps you have little clue how equipment runs. Vodkas and gins can be distilled as many as 5 times or more. You could crank the boiler as high as you like as long as you’re below 212. And of course with a reflux condenser boiler temperature is irrelevant so long as you’re below waters boiling point... Head temperature is everything... boiler temperature is minimally important. I seriously doubt you’ve ever run a still the size of these guys... When producing massive quantity... Seldom do you care about the whims of a home distiller. These guys equipment and techniques are far beyond anything you’re capable of running... So quit pretending you comprehend it. You don’t.👍🥃🤣

You’re saying the ole boys use to short cut with granulated sugar ....... the whole reason they used corn and barley to convert the starches to sugar is because ...... during the depression years , NOBODY could afford granulated sugar except the rich ! That’s why they went through all the rigorous steps to pull out the sugar , cause the poor couldn’t afford it !!!! You need history right brotha !!! The poor use to depend on honey bees for sweeteners.

That’s what I thought, he acts like what they did was easy, it was back breaking and risky work out in the forests, he is the one that has things easy.

These guys pretend to be some kind of experts but in reality any one that can make and bake a cake can make a quality booze.

Cows shouldn't be drinking stliage as it throws off the ph of there ruminant as its too acidic. Eating grain does the same thing and a low ph ruminant leads to ecoli that is harmful to humans

@Dirt 117 , OK, if spelling Ambler and Abmbler are both OK, then no worries. In-fact, no worries anyhow. Cool video though.

Great video. Couple of things. No fluid filled temp gauge on the mash tank and any reason why you didn't go with the glycol chilling.
