Also love how your period actually only tells you you ovulated last month and no idea when it could come again with PCOS. I did charting and blood work doctor said i never got a period i just had break through bleeding. Did clomid and letrozole for 6 months and it work for me. 100% not true for everyone with PCOS because we all seem to be very different.

i am 19 years old and i have PCOS since 2017 that was the first time i got my periods till now and since im getting older my hormones are also changing . i am also suffering from INSOMNIA from last 4 months i feel like dying tbh i did everything i have been working out everydayy i m also doing proper diet doctor told me not to eat chicken or rice just eat wheat (roti) and im doing this most of the time still not getting enough sleep after lying for 4-5 hours i sleep but before in starting when my sleep deprivation started i cant even sleep for like 1 minute for like continous 4 dayss it was soo tiring man i am also a university going student so its very hard for me . also my parents wont understand my sictuation :( can we take any type of medication to sleep not talking about sleeping pills but about the meds that a pcos patient can take to sleep?

My favorite deodorant ever (while natural) I stopped using because I was embarrassed by the sweat. I no longer care about that. So I've been using the Thai Crystal one. And I am a fan, it's just a faint smell I still have. I need to assess that and I'll be ok. However, my favorite one is a roll on by the brand "Alvera" in the Aloe and Almond scent. It smelled DELICIOUS Update no one asked for: I am now beyond the "it works" phase... now it's the ONLY deodorant I can use 🥴🥴 I can immediately feel my skin irritated when I wear anything with fragrance on, also the STENCH I produce when I use Antiperspirants and Fragranced Deodorants 😬😬😬. I use Fragrance Free soaps now too. Currently using Dove Fragrance Free, but Idk what other soap is good. "Natural" ones don't seem to clean how I like.
