My name is Ben west and I have started a RU-vid channel to document my fitness journey. I've been going to the gym for over 4 years now and I've developed a passion for fitness. I am currently training to become a qualified personal trainer. I've also spent countless hours researching about training and nutrition and feel I am in a good place now to share my knowledge that I have gained over the years with everyone so that people can change there body and mindset. I will be uploading every week and the content I will be uploading will be mainly fitness and entertainment based. I hope you enjoy the videos!
Women say they prefer a guy with a dad bod over a guy with a shredded physique yet women also say they want a guy who's 6 ft tall, makes six figures, and has a six pack.
If you eat you WILL grow. We live in a world where your told "good enough"...STFU and keep lifting, and you will eventually get to your pump, then after that chase that pump again. Genetics is such a bullshit excuse.
Diet soda isn’t healthy imo cuz it still has some of the same unhealthy shit. I’d stay away from it completely and u can’t tell me this diet soda shit is better than wager
I think one day after further research we will realize that metabolism is much more fluid than we currently understand and statements like the one in this video will look extremely foolish in hindsight. My metabolic rate is about 2500 cal per day (6,1 260lbs, male) and with my job and workout routine I should be burning about 3500 cal per day and I ate 2000 cal a day for a month and did not lose a single pound. Before anyone says oh you just didn't count them right, I'm sure there were some days I went a little bit over, but not losing a single pound is not to be expected. And I'm not ignorant in regards to how many calories something is. I track my macros and count my calories. I have currently lost about 25 pounds on keto after two months, and now that the weight loss has slowed down and considering eating more carbs again but only eating 1500 cal a day and doing a lot more cardio and lifting more.
Fallacies you made during the video: 1.) you assume that just because they are brothers they will have very similar muscle building genetics 2.) you assume that after 4-5 years you can't put on a significant amount of muscle anymore and that this must be true for both of them 3.) you assume that both of them lift with the same dedication and give equal priority to nutrition, recovery and training while one of them is doing it for his career and the other one does it as a hobby
I wouldn't personally take anything but that's just me I can see why some people might and I honestly don't care but I don't want to crash my natural test or have any side effects plus I haven't even been training for a year if I ever take anything it will be when my natural testosterone starts to go then I'll probably take some hrt.
No. Some people really start Figuring themselves out after a few years. I gained 4 kilos in a year after I thought I could not gain more it was extremely weird.
Bro.. my Brother Is Natural and he Is as big as the doped guy on the Pic, i'm Natural as well and in slightly Skinner than the Natural guy.. we train the same amount of time and we both train very well.. Brothers doesn't have the same genetics, Just a Little but mostly Is luck , like everything in life
@@NoMercy.62 he went through extensive randomized testing for 6 months and test came back not only he’s not on anything theres no signs he ever took anything
I mean if he did take gear then its not really making him look that much bigger. He honestly just looks leaner with maybe more shoulder work. Bigger shoulders automatically make anyone look bigger when it comes to the eye test
