This is actually great for practicing speech. This is what it sounds like when I'm up presenting which can be distracting sometimes since its either too relaxing or amplifies the awkwardness.
I never realized how much my apartment creaked until i listened back to some room tone i made myself, i thought i heard a clock ticking in the background it was so noisy.
