I am a novice movie maker looking for ideas to make videos for RU-vid viewers. My passions are finance, trading and anything outdoors. I like to save money and hang out with my wife and dog. We have also become interested in homesteading and growing our own food.

I started to build mine today, i had to stop after finishing the floor and stalking the 1" hardware cloth due to the weather. Tomorrow will be the axles etc and I'm going to figure out a pitched roof. It is going easier than i thought, and I'm just a middle aged single mom! Def read through the directions and cut everything first! ❤❤❤
Gives them a new feeder Pig uses it as a scratching post lol Pigs are so weird. My fathers pigs do that rubbing thing against my leg too when I go in to feed them and whatever reason especially when you are petting one and then the other two come up and start pushing on you and rubbing against your leg like your a tree or something lol
I did at first but they ripped it off in weeks. I solved this problem by using a small block of wood and screwed that down with the tire between that and the bottom piece of wood. Does that make sense?
So I get alot of food waste from different businesses. I was hoping to find a diy to make a type of food processor instead of just using a knife to slice everything up. This is bulk loads of say cabbage carrots and so on. Thanks
I seldom to that anymore. The food gets wet from rain sometimes. It works just fine. I've actually drilled a few holes in the wood to help it drain. The tire came off the wood when I initially did it. I screwed it down again with scrap 2x4 pieces and that has held up for several years now. Way less feed waste now.
New homestead friends here! Looking forward to following along on your farm. I couldn't agree more with what you said.... we are on a journey to becoming more self sufficient. It's a lot of work, but we are sure up for the challenge. God bless! -Dawn 🐷😊
Hey Daniel new to your channel thumbs up and subscribed. I love fried pork skins and now you've showed me how I can make my own as long as you have rendered pork fat and fry pork skins you will always have Ketogranny's Way in your audience
You’re absolutely right. I think. I’ll just pay American skins the extra money for the dry pellets. What you start out with in the beginning and end up with towered the end is not a lot for all the labor you put into it.
You have a thumbs down. Must be the pigs wife. Lol. I'm following your recipe. I forgot to put them back in the fridge. I'm using a grandpappy deep fryer. Is 375 high enough to fry or do you do 400?
