I just recently started working as a dental lab tech and I'm learning how to use the TRIOS 5 scanner. I definitely wish that you could still flip the scanning tip over. For me, it's super awkward to flip the entire scanner over and try to hold it in a comfortable manner, and turn it on/off, while doing upper arch scans. Why in the world was that feature removed?
I had Invisalign And my dentist retired in the middle of my progress... Then the new dentist that to go over... Scan my teeth.. I was pretty shocked because I wanted the same braces... And he said dandy was better..... No no they are not... It's just an image of your teeth... The Invisalign Are a hundred percent more custom... As they take a casting of Teeth and bite... I don't know about Dentures but I have on my teeth.... Now I feel so disappointed and i'm so upset... I want my money back.....
