Sorry for the bad English. Do not tell me how to save the processed data (filtering was performed, bad channels were removed, etc.).I haven't figured it out much yet - a complex data structure. How can the processed data be saved so that they can then be sent back to the NIRx equipment. My idea was to use the save("raw.fif") method, but I'm not sure it will work(python language) 🤥
Hi, I’m wondering if the vector for the variable ‘value’ in the nirs2img function contains the beta estimates or t values of each channel, or do these values correspond to something else? Thanks!
Hey, i saw your comment and got curious about what was your MA thesis topic? im studying bio medical engineering and interested in fNIRS.. atm try to find a topic for my Bachelor thesis. Thanks :)
As a new grad student working with the fNIRS system at our lab at UGA, this is an extremely helpful primer to NIRS! Thank you so very much for taking the time and effort to create and upload this, your work is much appreciated. :)
