I took the Bar for the first time this 2024 🙏 I believe in good karma that's why I hope to help bar takers & law students. They say it's good practice to explain so you know if you really understand it. I am testing that theory out! 😂 I might also add some stuff about my life as a working law student, & maybe some other types of content about things that I love. ❤️

I like this series of talking about law school after graduating as we need more videos for law students. I see their is a need for such lecture videos as I have seen companies like PhilJurist creating a series of lecture videos and now talking about career based stuff after law school which is this video. @@kimsaldo I do admit maam , I am trying my best to expand my network in law school ( as long as it does not interfere with classes) since I do wanna go to corporate specifically finance like Banking since I feel my Juris Doctor and taking up other courses will help my chances in getting a good job too. Sometimes I feel left behind in life and their is this unshakable feeling.
@@elenriqueextraordinary2028 It's normal for law students to feel this way. I won't say that you ignore what you feel, rather, reflect on it. Law school/Lawyering is not the only path to success, neither is it an assurance of success. You can work in corporate and finance even as a non-lawyer. Law school is a risk, you will be putting in time, effort, and resources into it without assurance that you will graduate or pass the bar. That's just the reality of it. So, you really have to want it. And if you want it enough, you will go against the odds and make it happen.

@@NorayaUNDA-h3z Hi! I made my own while I was taking 4th Year Political Law Review classes under the instruction of Atty. Adonis Gabriel who was also my Constitutional Law Professor. I also used Bernas Primer, Cruz's textbook, and review materials from San Beda.

Hello Atty, I'm new here trying to learn law, pwede bang humingi ng request😅 pwede po ba kayo gumaga ng vids about "How to case digest like an attorney" Medyo nahihirapan kasi ako mag case digest, hindi ko ma-gets yung mga nakalagay doon, at yung purpose nun.
Hi po, @pider5769! Wala naman pong prescribed format sa pag digest ng cases. Ang important features lang usually ng isang case digest are: (1) Facts - kung saan mo ilalagay yung important factual details ng isang kaso, example, sino ang nag file ng kaso against kanino, ano nangyari; (2) Issue/s - dito mo naman ilalagay ano ang pinagaawayan nila, or what they seek to resolve. Depende ito sa subject. Ang cases kasi maaring maraming issues yan, pero pag kunwari para sa Criminal Law mo siyang digest, mag focus ka lang don. Pabayaan mo na ibang issues, unless gusto mo comprehensive na lahat ng issues sa kaso ay i resolve mo; and (3) Ratio - Ito yung paano sinagot ng court ang isang issue. Ilagay mo rin dito ang basis at explanation bakit naging ganon ang resolution ng court sa issues. Medyo mahirap talaga siya kapag first year or starting ka pa lang, pero trust the process, along the way matututo ka rin. Kaya mas okay na kapag hindi ka pa sanay sa pagbasa ng cases, basahin mo ang mismong decision in its original, saka ka magbasa ng digest, marami nyan online, dun mo tignan pano nila ginagawa ang digest hango doon sa original.
