@@musaamenda5448 It depends on the level of formality required. But most corporate gowns are made with Crepe fabric. You can also use cotton, just that cotton does not stretch like most Crepe fabric.
I love the tutorials but I need just a little more clarity on the part where you did the pinning at the burst side please I didn't really get that. 1 was it for me paper to torch the fabric? 2. Was it for the paper to lay flat? Please I need your kind explanation, thanks
You will pin the fabric to the paper following the bust shape for the front pattern. For the back pattern, you will lay it flat. I hope this is helpful.
@@LoveTheresa-gy6sg Yes, You can teach me via WhatsApp on +234806196196. I have a previous video on the channel on how to cut a basic sleeve. Watch that using the link in the description box then you can then watch this video okay. I hope that helpful.
Duly noted. Thanks for the observation. Though I use marker for tutorials but to avoid mistakes, that why I had to use Pencil earlier. I went on to highlight with marker in the later part of the video.
Wow! You are amazing! The tutorial is very detalied and easy to follow... The invisible dart technique is really interesting, looking forward to trying it in my next sewing project. Cant wait for part 2 Welldone ma❤❤❤
You're welcome. After I joinedthe side front to the centre front, I placed the right side onto the right side of the back pattern and trimmed off the excess on the back width neckline for it to be properly aligned.

I'm trying to understand what you're saying? I posted two videos on this tutorial, One on how to draft a pattern & the other on the Sewing process. You should probably look up the other video on the channel for clarity.
