Basically it's two cups of ice cream softened or melted, to 1 and 1/2 cups flour. Add one teaspoon of baking powder. If you're going to do a bread bake at 350 for 40 minutes in a loaf pan. Check the middle with a toothpick etc and bake for longer if needed. If you're doing the cookie thing, 350 to 375 for 9 to 12 minutes or just keep watch. check the bottom and make sure it's not burning. You can use any ice cream as well Just make sure that it's full flavor ice cream. Nothing diet or non fat.
