Hi, I'm Connor, but some people know me as NobleAsta! Discovering the OPTCG Community during a tough time truly saved my life, and now I'm absolutely in love with the game. The only problem is, I'm still working on getting better. That's why I decided to start a RU-vid channel: to review my games and get feedback from talented players like you!
I enjoy experimenting with a variety of decks, switching things up or adding new ones to our rotation every few weeks as I search for the perfect deck. My channel primarily features POV commentary videos, and sometimes I use a simulator to get a feel for different decks. 🍀🍀🍀 If you'd like to join the fun and be part of this journey, click subscribe and become a member of the best crew on RU-vid - The Clover Crew!
@@johnathangamboa I had a miserable time with smoker when I tried to do this video on time. Then the sim got updated for the 8.5 meta and he was so fun! Took 3rd at a starter deck event with him last night too! Fun leader!!
bro please keep playing rosinante, i love the deck idea and the alt art leader, its literally my favorite leader not only for the decks made but for the character and the alt art is my favorite out of every single one
I couldn’t see what are the cards but he gives you three cards, Flampe , a baby (or might be egghead) and a one cost, probably Makino so ig he countered correctly @NobleAstaTCG
@@yudhaka5092 I go through a lot of different decks and I use this channel to share my learning process of the game. Don’t need to call me a lazy ass for making a mistake. To quote great American poet Hannah Montana, everyone makes mistakes, everyone has those days. take a deep breath and chill my friend
@@NobleAstaTCG bro. I love you and you video. I think one piece tcg is easy compare another game tcg like yugi or magic. Just read card Make another vide, i love you video bro.
Just a heads up before the 10 min mark you were debating don on Lead or Pudding but didnt use the -2k part of leader effect which would have let Pudding swing into Ms All Sunday
My main reasoning is because I don't want them to counter out and drop hand size where pudding wont be beneficial. Especially since I didn't really have any other play at the moment!
to my expierence as i playing pudding for a bit vs my mate top 32 regionals and he was playing reiju i ignore the board just rush hes life and counter asmuch as possible or else u lose reiju is so difficult for pudding 8 cost katakuri does help i put hes 7 cost rush on botom of hes life when i felt pressured tomuch but i only run 2 of those
@@NobleAstaTCG yeah its inpossible thats why i play agressivly to rush 10 mom and keep swinging life and just hooe for good triggers like brule and bege or 0 cost
Fun watch. I'd recommend slotting in the ST-07 Nami, she really helps with the aggressiveness of the deck by lowering the total cost for Robin, Wapol etc
I think it was a miss play not activating Miss All Sunday Trigger, she replaces herself in hand with the draw and since ur on 10 don the don minus requirement doesnt matter
when countering out of attacks you wanna look at the board and figure out first how many attacks are possible. So at the end your opp has 4 possible attacks with 3 have to connect (assuming no triggers) to win the game. After that its about how much counter you have in hand. So after the sabo swing your opp used 7 of their 10 don meaning if they put everything on gecko it would only be a 12k swing which you could have gotten out of but its better to see what you have in life first because it could have been a bege trigger to stop the gecko attack and save the cards in hand.
this was a very good and close game, the yams player could of won this game if he swings first with leader to bring you down to one life at the end, but regardless it was a great video to watch.
I still play this deck mainly. This was a good game. One thing to note is that you don't have to put cards in life with 9 mom. When he played momo and put Neko on Life you could have swung 8, 9, 12 at life since you still have 3 life. this would make him spend the blocker, be forced to consider what to do with Neko and not safe to play zoro. He could then play the other momo if you take the life and trigger any blockers until you got the 10 ace, you have 5, 10, 12 and he had no cards. Its easy to say in hindsight but i'll say that very often pudding is a deck that attacks directly at life, if you want to clear board on turns you can consider playing vegapunk Luffy, vegapunk nami, or conquest of the sea for removal. No right or wrong way to the finish line but 100% things to consider. I'm glad you are posting your games i learn a lot just watching.
