No problem Dennis! So we actually have a Deerfield plan on the market currently at 9 May Rd for $1,075,000 (price was increased on this one due to the addition of a larger deck and 5th bedroom, as well as a few other things), it's just not ready yet inside for me to shoot a video. I am planning to do an Emerson update video within the next couple weeks, though, because our first model home at 18 May Rd is just about ready to go. That one is a Lansing floorplan and will have all of the builder's upgrades.

So where the roof meets the house addition will leak and the satellite dish will leak. Those trees are being chocked by all the ground covered with pavers. Attleboro has a good mix of business and residential for a solid tax base. Completely car dependent though.
Thanks for checking out the video, Claire (or Jeremy?)! My sellers never had any leaking there in the 5+ years they were in the house, but you'll have to ask the new owners now after that crazy storm we had last week!
