I didn’t hear the “former Medium Demon” part in the video, and yet the entire time I was thinking “huh, this level looks more like a Medium or Hard demon aesthetically, strange that it was supposed to be a top 1”
Yo im so happy to see Wooshi finally being recognized as the best player during his time. Bro verified a top one and no one beat it for a YEAR. This guy shouldn't have been forgotten just because Rob was being silly with the rate standard at the time
I loved this level, I was so disappointed with its original difficulty and how hard it was, it just felt like it was made unreasonably hard, to the point of unplayability. It's a really cool and unique level, the gory theme not feeling like overkill like you see in many modern levels that try to be gory. I have so many memories with this level, my first introduction to it being that video of "scary geometry dash songs" and was so fascinated by it, that it inspired parts of my early creations. I actually completed a practice run of it on mobile way back in the day, it took 2 hours, and over 6000 attempts, and it got to the point I had to have my phone charging while I was playing lmao.
I feel like APT will suffer the same fate as Silent Circles. It was supposed to be “the top one of 2.1” but now is nerfed to a top 40. Same process: good deco and “upcoming top.” Verifier gets passed due to slow verification process or lying scandals. Gets nerfed to a top 30-40. It’s sad, but it could happen.
