I looked at the Crosstrek before buying my Forester Touring. I liked the car, but it was too small for our needs. Furthermore we HATE the 33 year old Gloomy Grey or Depressing Black interior colors that became popular in 1990. We bought my wife an Outback with beautiful Warm Ivory interior and my Forester has Gorgeous Saddle Brown leather interior. We Absolutely LOVE our Subie’s !!!
That Forester looks just like mine. I did buy Michelin Cross Climate tires for better traction in all road conditions, especially in deep snow. Next week I’m having it pinstriped, installing mud flaps and a bug shield.
It’s disappointing that Suburu is so restrictive on the exterior/interior color choices. I like the Mahogany exterior but can’t get the Java Interior with it in the Touring trim, only black which isn’t great in the Arizona heat and doesn’t look as good to me.
My local Subaru Dealer has 5 on the lot, they can't seem to sell them. My wife's brother is the sales manager, he said they even listed 3 of them 4k under MSRP just to sell them by the end of the quarter.
Excelente en seguridad, estabilidad, rápido. tiene muy buen espacio interior, en termino de espacio, no se vé a la vista lo que es. pero, es muy cómodo.
My wife and I have a well-maintained 2014 Outback, 127,000 miles, of which the transmission gave out. It is $9000 repair it, and all Subaru National Office will do is tell us that the car is out of warranty and that's how things go. Cars made in the 1970s lasted longer than this. Shame on Subaru.
I own a 2011 Rav 4WD Limited with a 3.5 V6. I absolutely LOVE my lil Rav. The punchy 269hp is very quick off the line and has exceptional passing abilities. It only has 102K miles and gets 26mpg. When it finally wears out, I’ll be replacing it with a Subaru Forester Touring. We love our Outback, but it’s primarily my wife’s car and our road car. I love the size of the Forester. I just wish Subaru would bring back the turbo to the Forester. I will sadly miss the power of my 3.5 V6 and the 26mpg on the freeway at 75mph with the cruise set. Our Outback only gets 22-24 mpg on the freeway with the cruise set on 75mph. I’m sure the Forester won’t get anymore mpg than our naturally aspired 182hp 2.5, 4 cyl as they both have the same power train. The ONLY reason why I’ll be purchasing the Touring is bc I HATE Gloomy Grey or Boring Black leather interior colors. The Touring is the only trim level that I can get tan or brown leather interior. Our Outback has Ivory interior and we Love the color.
