You’re like one of two streamers that put out this type of quality role-play gameplay for GTA. So when you get punk kids, that come into the chat because they should be doing their schoolwork and going to bed early, they’d rather troII your channel, because they have weak little egos. Keep doing your thing Devin.
@@montaysmith7470 I'm sorry this took me so long to respond to, here you go. www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclestextures/37921-reflective-mirror-park-police-dept/
LMFAO. Devin: There’s a ghost up here. I’ll let y’all listen. Devin again: (Ghost makes noises.) Did y’all here that? That’s why I don’t come up here. Let’s get the Fvck out of here. Great live man! Always entertaining.
Over a 3 ‘live’ on a Wednesday night!? I just finished the last live from two Saturdays ago that was over fours. These are funny and well played Devin. (No pun intended.)
This by far was your best ‘live’ yet. Plenty of action, some really funny parts and you get to see the old-school crown Vic!. I think the lives are actually good, because the viewer sees everything, not just segmented pieces. The only thing that irks me, is, I wish that the engine sounds would actually match how the vehicle sounds in real life. All these vehicles look super authentic to the real life counterpart, but the noises generated from some of these engines just don’t sound as realistic. It’s too bad there’s not audio implementation to mimic the real sounds of a dodge charger RT pursuit, or that low whine a crown Vic has, the Ford Explorer, etc.
So, like, you can stream engine sounds in fivem, and people make em....but every frickin sound is like "DODGE CHARGER SRT HELLCAT SCATPACK ITS SO LOUD YOU'LL GET AN IRL VIOLATION IF YOU USE IT" and by that I mean, they fucking suck lol Ive picked cars I *think* best represent the engine sounds for the various models, but, that doesnt mean Im right lol, im no car guy
That slate gray Charger with the high shine and flag on the back pillar looks freakin’ awesome. And almost a 5 hour live?! I have lots of content to watch. I’m an hour in so far.
On the upside for you, you don't actually have to reattach a door, or find a replacement, for a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria. I just know how much you love working on Ford's, especially the old ones.
LOL. Dude, your rant about the security guard carrying the A.R. was hilarious. I would’ve reacted the same way in real life. And the security guards response was totally something you would here in reality too. (That security guard made me think of that cop impersonator Jeremy DeWitte.)
Is this the first time you’ve used the Tesla? It’s so weird without the engine noise. There’s a few departments out in California who switched their entire fleet to Teslas for patrol. Insane. I never thought I would see an all electric patrol fleet from where we were with the Crown Vic from 15 year ago. Anyways, good live video.
Yeah. Just got the skin for it that day. Figured it'd be fun to run something different. Especially since I don't usually do leo when we have city patrols
@@DevinPlays nah all good, its all understandable, I got a life you got a life just fit the streams in where you can. Edit: I also stream and try and publish and edit videos when I can, and life sometimes gets in the way. So don't trip most of us(your subs) already know most of the people in 911SA:RP are grown folk, and y'all got lives other else than Video games.
My pleasure! At the bottom of the video description is a google doc link that should take you to a list of mods I used or have used. Some of them may be outdated at this point, but most should be functional. Unfortunately, I don't really play LSPDFR any longer.
Dude, the perfect start to a shift. System of a Down playing, while a drunk crashes into a rock, and then exits the vehicle losing all body control as they fall to the ground when they exit the vehicle.
@@banks2099 A lot of them don't have a huge back story to them, but one way that I keep track of what they do, carry and all the other things is I have a list of my characters in google docs and I have their name height etc, also I keep a list of things that they carry. Plus I can add notes to them too.
K9 Officer: Throwing and waving hands in air repeatedly. Devin: Hey…Uh Parks….Are you having a conniption over there? LOL. (And for those who don’t know what conniption means, it means a fit of rage.)
Georgio is back? That guy back handed you last time, until he took the baton strikes to the melon in the garage. LOL. I’ll finish watching later. Good to see the upload DevIn!
She is! It was very hard to find a small ped that wasn't obviously a child as well. I have a very strict and hard "no" policy for any kind of child-like ped in server ol
@@DevinPlays I can see that from an obvious level, plus GTA is really limited on ped designs when it comes to height, which made wonder if was a MP model or not. Because if so, I know that would have taken a while to create.
First of all, this is the first time I have seen an RP community base themselves off Ohio. The plates, OHSP style uniforms and Columbus PD uniforms all on point. Secondly, I bet no one on that OVI stop expected to be dealing with a dude tripping thinking he about to take a trip in his favorite rocket ship and crashing into the stopped car (which happens way too often in Ohio, just watch all the OHSP dashcams of their cruisers getting nailed).
So, I do want to start this off by saying thank you, because I know you're intent here was to be complimentary and I appreciate it a lot. Can we talk about what is seemingly based on CPD or OSHP here? We are Ohio based in law, and the skins on the Paleto cars are kind of from a little Township up in Logan County. But overall the server is a hodgepodge from Ohio, Georgia, and Pennsylvania when it comes to assets. The one cruiser I believe is an OSHP build but I converted it to red/blue instead of all blue lightbar for uniformity. Big no no, I know :D I wanna be clear that I'm not trying to be confrontational about this, I'm genuinely interested in your perspective here! You're right though, I was absolutely not expecting Mr. Man to come slam his car into my stop because he thought he was about to ride his rocket ship lol.
@@DevinPlays I figured the server and vehicles weren't completely based on the actual Ohio uniforms and liveries. I know the blue uniforms resembled CPD a lot. Last I knew they wore blue like that. And mentioning PA, I definitely thought I recognized that familiar livery style but was caught up with the Ohio looking stuff to realize it was the PA state skins. Believe it or not, Logan County is not that far from me. I am sure you are familiar with a "little" county known as Athens.
Devins music playlist in the squad is always good. ‘System of a down’ always brings back memories. By the way, Faylen hasn’t been a civilian in while. What happened?
We dont use any specific packs, most of the cars are custom made or from a variety of packs. If you're interested something specific, I can try and tell you where it came from.
Nice job with the pursuit as the secondary call-out. The light gray ghost lettering on the black Tahoe looks awesome. The budget for Paleto police seems strong. Must be all the tourism!
@@DevinPlays I hear ya. I mean, anytime Streamlight has a new, flashlight, a new tactical knife, or Glock, I just can’t help myself. I just convince myself it’s necessary just because. 😁
