Im not really someone who drinks (I don't like the taste of alcohol and i don't really drink it for a buzz) but this was a really informative video. You have a great personality and a wonderful voice
Was thinking ahhh isn't it just the foam cooler thingy like every other video and then the insulated cup came out and I was like "OH S**T" cuz I literally have one sitting around not getting used a lot. BRILLIANT!
I started to lose a little interest, but then you mentioned that you could use the watch time and I realize *hey my metric matters* I’ll stick around. Here’s a comment to and I’ll share the link.
My logal grocery store has ice spheres for sale. I think theyre about $3, which is too much. But it would be nice if you could buy a bag of large rocks. Its hard to keep fresh clear ice on hand at home
Using a hack saw to cut it seems wild like you would get metal fragments and paint from the blade in the ice.. Can't you just score it with an ice pick and chop off pieces??
Wait. So no one is going to comment on the idiocy of this? The first two little molds take up "Too Much Space". So the solution is to use a gigantic igloo cooler?
ultimately, what's the difference in taste? if this is all about appearance, then it's not worth any effort to me when mixing a drink at home. Do a blind taste test and I would bet there's zero detectable difference
I have tried all 3 methods and the one with the thermo mug worked best... but now I have tried where I have run the water through one of the water filter Pitcher you can buy and the result is great when the cup is frozen you can still see to the bottom of the mug . it doesn't cost much, I haven't tried the first two methods
So if you can tell us how to make a clear ice in 23 seconds. Why the hell you make a 9 minute video? Can i just get an information without all those repeating parts of how nice the clear ice is? PS i didn’t watch the video, i left without this knowledge. I think i’ll search for a text or shorter video
Ive managed to make clear ice balls by taking one of those cheap round rubber molds, put it in an insulated travel cups making sure the hole in the mold is pointed down. Let it freeze over night, gavir it 10 minutes to temper and i was able to take the mold off for a nice see through ball with all the cloudiness left in the cup. Sadly nobody was impressed :(
Not sure about the rest of the video, but the first two minutes about how water is a component of the drink (stirred, shaken, or on the rocks, etc.) had me sold on the whole picture here. I may not agree with the rest of the video yet, but you are not a hack.
So... Are you telling me I should grow my own Agave in the backyard? Because I think what you're telling me is I should grow my own Agave in my backyard
