So, basically, the hate is because _DK64_ is basically the epitome of the collectathon genre, so it essentially inherits all of peoples' emotions towards the genre as a whole; the game itself is fun, but its idea of longevity is essentially "play every level with every character, and sometimes also find ways to cheat characters into areas they shouldn't be in", as the Diddy-specific collectibles would imply. Also, one specific minigame in particular is memetically impossible to win, because its AI is more advanced than you'd expect from something of its age. Overall, it's a fun game, and takes what Rare did with _Banjo-Kazooie_ and expands on it, but most of the hate comes from people that don't want to play most of it five times.
Honestly ya know what would've been nice? Maybe when Melody questions the locket, Ariel sits her down and comes clean about her backstory and why she didn't want Melody out at sea, but clearly she sees Melody is unhappy on land, and feels at home at sea. At first Melody would be conflicted cause she knows her Mom wanted to protect her, but she also wants to stop Morgana because she feels its unfair for her mother to shun herself away from her home to protect her daughter and all that jazz.
I really like this movie, one of my favorites of the straight to vdeo and DVD ones that Disney made in the past. I have a VHS copy of it in the basement, but had to get a DVD copy (I think that I made that decision sometime last year or the year before) because none of the VHS players that I have work anymore, and just so you know, Bradly's last name is Uppercrust not Upper-cut.
Hey, I seen 2 of your reviews and let me just say that they are fun and very easily watchable and cohesive. I watch it feeling like you're already a big channel. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more videos.
woah! new channel! tbh your editing is very unique and can work as a cool branding thing (idk how to say what im tryna say) also im pretty sure max's mom is canonically uh... dead. making him kinda like a disney princess!! Ms. Geef was in some really old toons but i have no idea where to find them
Never played this, and I get that its probably hard to control, especially with the hazards in the stages being sudden and hard to react to, but I am honestly surprised with how well the game is visually and with the music. The references and the different hats are pretty adorable to me, might actually try this out and wrestle with the controls myself, ty for sharing!
Where did you get all the behind the scenes footage for Pocahontas 2 from? This is actually my favourite DTV sequel, I like it more than the first because I find the how much of Pocahontas’ culture does she sacrifice for her people more interesting than the romance plot we got in the first movie. The ending with Pocahontas going with Rolfe instead of Smith was because that was the path the real Pocahontas took. I understand why many fans don’t like the sequel for introducing a new man for Pocahontas but in all honesty, I prefer her relationship with Rolfe rather than Smith. Not because it’s historically accurate(poor Disney had to do that with this movie because people complained that the first movie wasn’t historically accurate. To those people I say, teach your kids history not from a Disney movie) but because, I find Rolfe being more of a gentleman who uses swords and manners more to my liking. Again not saying Smith is bad or rude, just saying that Rolfe has more class to him. Lastly, Ratcliffe actually interacts with Pocahontas in this sequel and is a much bigger threat here than in the last one. Even people who don’t like this one usually agree with me that Ratcliffe was better here than in the first movie.
Uh no. I don’t necessarily hate Rolfe himself, but Pocahontas is not a prissy person or classy person like him. I seriously couldn’t get their relationship at all
wait a minute. i dont play stardew valley! channel sucks! i wanna go home! (nah this channel is already swell and im two minutes in. please keep being passionate abt games, it entertains me)
Mrs. Potts' Party is the best episode of the series, but that's because it was produced later and with a slightly bigger budget than the other episodes of Belle's Magical World. It's sad that they left the episode out from the Disney+ version just like they left the Human Again song out from the original movie.
