external hard drive is not a backup, you needs at least another backup to ensure data is retained. 10 is 9 its the way its calculated versus advertised and should not shock you.
@@PhotoSmithyTechMech_Canada im using it on a desktop pc rn. Is it something that could cause it to break or is it fine tho? Because like its annoying but if its not breaking then its fine lol
If your computer is slow, running out of storage space is probably one the last things that would be causing it. Upgrade the RAM if possible, or if your computer has a HDD upgrade to an SSD.
Thank you Thank you Thank you. I just got my cooler. No instruction in the box. I could not get that dang thing to open. At first I was disappointed that you were going to open it, then switched to showing the inside. But, I panned thru the video, and towards the end, you told about the handle lock feature. Low and behold, it worked. And what do I find inside? The instructions that would have been helpful on the outside. LOL
You will not be able to "Adjust" the capacity. Since 1TB is defined as 1024GB & 1GB is 1024MB, 1MB is 1024kb and 1kb is 1024bytes. As you can see in the screen shot it is showing 10,000,695,029,760 bytes. This is in fact defined as "10TB" by the technology marketing industry, even though it is actually only 9TB. This has been the case since back when we were dealing with only MB. Back then it didn't make much difference since the sizes were so small. But as we moved to GB and then to TB the difference has become more and more pronounced. The marketing industry considers 1TB to be 1000GB and so on and so Forth. This is of course false advertising since it is not true and I am not sure why the industry has gotten away with it all these years. But that is the world we live in.
I bought this exact drive from Amazon! However, mine usually transfers around 220mb and up according to the disk tests I ran. Is yours also 7200rpm?? I'm very satisfied with it and it is not loud at all either!
My 16TB makes loud sounds constantly (even at idle). I haven't found any help regarding this, and I even turned my indexing off with no improvement. I'll never buy one of these again. I have to unplug it at night just so I can sleep in a room 20 feet away. I'm replacing it with a WD My Book, which is what all my other externals are.
Could it be that this adapter isn't compatible with the Dacia Spring Extreme 65? I'm quite tech-savvy and generally proficient in handling technical matters, but despite multiple attempts, I couldn't manage to set up the adapter on my end. I followed the instructions meticulously each time. But i doesnt work at my Media Nav.
I don't know, but it doesn't make sense. Once you take the cooler out of the car you're done. So either way you have to put some ice in there. The fan doesn't work once you're out. took mine to a softball game and drinks started to warm up. I have no idea what the fan is for besides when its in the car to circulate cold air.
Using it in my '18 Dodge Charger, most of the time it is working pretty good, however I had problems where it did not boot correctly and I had to remove the stick and reconnect it. Best thing is, it does boot really fast. Despite the problems it is probably one of the best Carplay adapters available in the moment. I still recommend.
I drive a Volvo with Google. Apple CarPlay is available wired. When I Connect is with a cable, I remain in Google until I select Apple CarPlay. But with this device is always switched immediately to Apple CarPlay. I do not want this to happen but I cannot Find a workaround.
The car charging port does not support it, only the data transmission port supports carplay. In addition, your car does not seem to support the carplay function. Specifically, you can connect the mobile phone and the car through a data cable to see if the wire carplay function can be activated to determine whether the wireless carplay adapter can be used.
Yep! I could have literally turned it on and used the default settings. I would recommend turning testing it to see what kind of video length and quality you like.
@@66lwmorgan I flip it over to "ON" when I'm ready to set it. Did you try it in the day and night? I'm not the seller but I can try to test what you are doing on mine.
@@ChadR-96 I actually got tired of messing with it and put it up. When I turn it on the screen comes on with a count down timer. Once that reaches 0 the display screen goes off and that's it. With it still in the "ON" position nothing happens no matter what button I push, menu, replay, shot or ok. If I slide the switch back to test then the welcome screen comes back on and it's shows whatever it's pointed at on the screen. I don't know what I need to do to get it to start recording. I appreciate you trying to help me out.
@@ChadR-96 lol, now it does nothing. When it's off and I switch it to test the LCD screen does not come on, if I slide it to on nothing happens, if I push the menu button nothing comes on, it does absolutely nothing now. I think I have a piece of junk.
I have a closet that has a 9 foot ceiling. But a standard height door, and I’d like to put the light on the inside above the door. will opening the door activate the light?
So far I've had it in the closet for a few months and it is still going strong. With it only being on for a minute or so at a time I'm hoping I only need to charge it a few times a year.
Oh my gosh, let me tell you, I got one of this u2c-air car play for my hubby, and it is absolutely amazing! I gotta spill the tea on why I'm totally obsessed with it! This thing is seriously magical, like no joke! I've never had an experience like this with any other CarPlay brand. Regular CarPlay usually makes you hang up your phone call before it connects, but not this baby! It actually hooks up automatically, even while you're in the middle of a convo, and the speed is out of this world! Me and the hubby, we're always taking our fur baby out for some picnic and camping adventures. Ever since we started rockin' this U2C-AIR CarPlay, not a single glitch or hiccup! It's like it was made specifically for my Ford F-150, like it's meant to be, you know what I mean? No more wasting time hunting down cables, friend! I and the hubby are head over heels for this CarPlay!
@@mishra19902 everything is fine, it works fine But I noticed that they have released a new product that can use Android auto and carplay Because the USB is gold plated design, I bought one, the connectivity is stronger, more importantly, my mom(Samsung S7) and I can switch the connection, and the switching is not time-consuming at all, just select Bluetooth and pair to switch
