One more thing! There is a decent amount of seaweed in and by the water. If you love swimming in the ocean, I suggest you uber 3 miles to Riu Palace Las Americas. You can go to any other Riu and use all their services for free. Las Americas beach is seaweed free! Also, it's safe to uber in cancun. Thanks again for watching ❤
Thanks!! The buffet was pretty good. Definitely get reservations to the specialty restaurants, because they have better food. The steak restaurant was my favorite! I also went to the Mexican and Asian restaurants, which were also very good. Excellent service too!
I am going with a group on a day pass in july from a cruise. They saw a video where the pool area was dirty and had white bird poop in and around the pool area and tbe area was in need of freshpaint etc. Did you experience this during your visit. I was wondering if it was prior to the recent renovations and was an old video.
Great question! Just under an 8. It is rated a 4 star hotel, I would say just under 4 stars. It is very clean, food is above average, entertainment is very good, and the beach is fabulous! Please lmk if you have any other questions!
I highly recommend! Stay at blue haven and take the shuttle to sister resorts. Blue Haven has the best pool, relaxing and beautiful. All tourists must be vaccinated, fyi.

You will love it!!! Alexandria is the largest resort, more restaurants and really the only one with entertainment. Go to fish house, might not be the exact name. Also, must go to the beach house to lay on the beach. Soft sand, raise your flag for service! Feel free to ask any other questions 😄

Is that part of BH/Alexandria?? 3. which resort did you like better? Alexandria or BH??? 4. I thought BH had the "raise your flag for service" treatment as well?? all went want to do is lay on the beach and drink!! lol!!
